About the performance, I see last week 1 e-sign for AFFF, 6 for Bard, 0 for Depo - is that correct? AFFF β€’ Do you have new creatives? as last week the performance is low (may also relevant to account transfer), maybe we should try some new creatives. As from TTAM data, creatives with aged and beard creator/avatar perform better. β€’ S+ creatives - we currently tested and found that S+ campaign with 6+ creatives perform better, therefore feel free to add more creatives. Bard β€’ Shall we replace the low performing TTCC creatives in Campaign 2 - form 1? such as TTCC 29, 28. They have been spending but with very few conversions. I've asked creative team to adjust TTCC briefing for Bard to get more relevant story telling. Depo β€’ I see that brain tumor is the only symptom left on the new instant form - is that the reason all the leads last week are not qualified? I will really appreciate if you can share the budget plan for your accounts this week. Thanks πŸ™

hey @deleted-U05F548NU5V for 12/2-12/8 I’m seeing 2 for AFFF, 15 for Bard, and 0 for depo.

β€’ For afff i will create 6 more variants of the same script using aged/beard avatars. These will be like the usual stock video in bottom and ugc on top. β€’ For Bard, once the brief is adjusted i will launch some ttcc creatives. Also working on some stock videos here to launch next. Yan will be talking to creative team to set up some new creatives for this as well. β€’ for Depo Brain tumor is the only symptom we are accepting currently. Looking at last weeks data i see that from a total of 39 leads 25 leads were accepted. meaning they said they had brain tumor and had used the product. Not exactly sure yet why we haven’t seen any contracts from it yet. Next steps here are to test out some ttcc creatives.
budgets for this week will be.

5000 for AFFF, 8500 for Bard, 1500 for depo.

Hi @Jack A. How are you? Button battery had pretty high CPL last week. Do you see any e-sign? As it's a very new ad account without any system learning, I would suggest to test non S+ - regular campaign with Smart creative. 3-5 creatives/ad group.

Meanwhile, I also don't see e-signs in other accounts of yours (by last Friday), let me know if you see any different trend as well as there is anything I can supportπŸ™

Hi @Jack A. how are you? We are preparing to launch a test in your Depo account to test both CRM events postback and S+ costcap (with a split test vs S+ max delivery). To move forward, I would like your help to:

  1. first set up 2 separate Smart+ campaigns without going alive and ping me;
  2. I will confirm the campaign setting with the product team;
  3. you shall use the new Split test tool to test between the 2 campaigns;
  4. Launch the campaigns for 14 days. pls don't change any setting for the first 7days unless you find critical bugs (no spend, no conversion), and we will decide together. Campaign setting:
  5. Smart+ max delivery $1,000 daily budget, 6 creatives;
  6. Smart+ costcap, $3,000, target CPA $120, 6 creatives; Except bidding method and budget, please keep all the rest settings in 2 campaigns identical. Regarding 6 creatives, please don't put the top spenders that had the history to take all the spending in an ad group; don't put 6 variations of 1 same creative.

However, the cost cap campaign has gotten us 2 contracts already with the same amount of spend and has much lower cpa. I’d say lets relaunch it with new batch of creatives as the ctr on the current ones isn’t great either.

I think we can conclude that in this split test, costcap performs better. so let's pause the S+ max delivery. keep the costcap running without any change and see if the performance gets even better with weekend on approach. at the same time, in order to keep the event volume for the upcoming CRM test, let's start a new campaign with new creatives, you can also scale the budget in the other S+ campaign "2.23 depo provera 009 form" in the ad account if you see good result there.

Hi @Jack A. @Yan Ashrapov Follow up the TVM CPA fluctuation last week - Ad group 003 (1833325758578706): new ad group tends to have performance fluctuation on the 1st day, especially it has been updated a few time within the same day. It set back the system to restart again multi times a day, which worsen the fluctuation. Ad group 002 (1830097120978033): it got affected mainly because the campaign has "Campaign budget optimization" toggle on. CBO is an optimization tool helps the system to allocate budget among ad groups based on performance. When we ran only 1 ad group, it doesn't really affect performance, but when the new ad group started, the system started to "play" the budget between 2 ad groups. It fluctuated together with the new ad group and caused the existed ad group's fluctuation. At the same time, we also found ad fatigue in Ad group 002.

Takeaways: 1) let's not adjust new ad group in the first 48hrs. the reporting may have some gap due to the system starting, but it usually gets fixed by itself after 24hrs. If you have to make major change - start a new one. 2) Turn off CBO for manual campaign if you plan to launch ad groups one by one.

Hi @Jack A. Happy Mondayβ˜• As we are not having our weekly, my suggestions for campaign optimization this week. TVM -

  1. As I have communicated with @Yan Ashrapov the current audience exclusion seems to cause a significant target audience drop 30% at the backend that damages account performance. I suggest to remove the audience exclusion or update it to audience who Clicked the videos only.
  2. Pause TTOne 24 in the campaign, it didn't bring any conversion and took most of the spent last week. I also don't see a direct link between the creative to the tort.
  3. For next week if the campaign still doesn't perform - consider S+ costcap, tCPA suggestion = Last 7 Day avg CPA in TTAM. Depo Provera -
  4. Creative fatigue in the current S+ campaign, pls upload 2 new videos and pause 2 high CPM/CPA videos. Bard - The current budget scale to $5k is great. hope it will bring even better performance this week πŸ’š

Hi @Jack A. @Yan Ashrapov it looks really weird that no deep event shows on TTAM. I have submitted a ticket for further investigation.

Also, I cannot see any "initial checkout" event on TTEM. can you check yours? - how many do you see from Jul 20th-24th? If you also see zero, we may have a tech issue.

FYI, we got 4 contracts with DFP, but what concerns me is the high CPA spike we are getting since day 1. On the performance side, we understand that there's a learning phase, but this is not something that we will be able to maintain going forward.

Hi @Jack A. following the tax account delivery issue yesterday, we found some delivery issue at the backend. the R&D team is involved and they are fixing the bug. I see the spending today started to increase. hopefully tmrw the bug will be fixed. I will update you.
