@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW @Nicholas McFadden guys - I want you to see some signficant issues with Wagstaff Paraquat vs Dicello Flatirons

AWD/WAGSTAFF Aug 15-Sept 15 = 1396 leads, 2% lead to conversion rate, 29 signed contracts DL/Flatirons Aug 15-Sept 15 = 1146 leads, 4% lead to conversion rate, 42 signed contracts

That 2% difference in conversion represents a MASSIVE loss of money. AWD has far more lenient criteria, taking symptom only cases w medication as where DL requires diagnosis of PD. The conversion rate needs to be 6-8% on AWD for this campaign to work and for us to not lose money.

Tony - this is very concerning, and likely is a result of one of the following scenarios:

A. We are not working AWD/Wagstaff leads and staff is "afraid" to process these due to prior issues OR B. We are signing DL/Flatirons that should not be signed and are going to be DQ'd after a deep dive

The leads are exactly the same. We need to fix this ASAP.

We will review to make sure it gets fixed.

Going to do some more digging still. I had Jackson pull the DQ's for Wagstaff and DL Flatirons. They numbers are pretty close to the same. There are a few more no exposure DQ's on Wagstaff. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1o5BKi988HLAILtnvA7dh_rLqLZpzJpfJM9Sdzdtz4CA/edit?usp=sharing

@Cameron Rentch I also did some more research on the Paraquat DL Flatirons. Per your instruction we moved the old Paraquat DL Flatirons leads into this campaign. We have signed 8 leads up from these old leads. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tGr3oGsZQbcRELjbmbFK97M-PNC28mid4dl08jX_2E0/edit?usp=sharing

still doesnt matter @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW ^ the AWD should covert 6-8% it is converting at 2%

I shot you both a link to the google doc of some of the changes DL is requiring. We have edited the intake on these but leads have already been finalized so how do we handle them? Also, I want to address this with them now so as Darrell and Daniel continue setting the other campaigns we aren't having this situation again.
