Understanding these risks is crucial for anyone considering or currently using Depo-Provera.
We should take using depo provovera and A. Diagnosed with meningiomas OR B. Experiencing headaches and vision problems for longer than 6 months.

For leads that do not qualify:
- We screen and review all Powerport leads that come in. If it’s determined that the lead does not qualify, it will be sent to Christian with the reason it did not qualify.
- Christian will review and confirm that the lead does not qualify.
- Christian will have the lead closed in Salesforce and Smart Advocate.
- Christian will email Sheild Legal (Need Email Address) explaining the lead does not qualify, why it does not qualify, and asking for the lead to be returned.
For leads we are missing information/are unable to qualify: We are wanting to know the best way to handle these. Do we notify you that there isn’t enough information to qualify, and you go back to gather that information? If so, we would have to tell our team to hold off on contacting the client.
- We screen and review all Powerport leads that come in. If it’s determined that we don’t have enough information to qualify the lead does not qualify, it will be sent to Christian with whatever information is missing.
- Christian will review and confirm that the lead is missing information.
- The lead will remain opened and next steps are undecided.
- Christian will email Sheild Legal (Need Email Address) explaining we are missing information and unable to qualify the lead asking if Shield has the missing information. Next steps TBD

These are 2500-3000/per
I think the issue with their criteria will drive up price is requiring 4 injections (1 year) and diagnosis 3 years after depo shot.
Unsure as I would need to look at data more but would estimate 3500-4000/per

@Cameron Rentch I just had a long call with Scott Duncan at Bay Point. Before they send another $300k, they want an update on the credits and have the integration tests completed. He was hoping that we could do that by end of week and then they fund on Monday.
That stated, I told him that pausing the campaign would be detrimental. He verbally agreed to pay any overages up to $50k should we go over in the interim. He made it very clear that they wish to continue with us and may get more funding for Bard in Jan

- as discussed, we are crediting back the approved returns to their budget. This is already done. Again we don't "replace" the sign ups, we add credit back to budget
- Per Sean's email this am, we have completed the Bard with Simmons and will escalate the Baypoint/Bridge integration but Sean admitted they did not give us any direction on this, so nothing has been done. We can escalate this.

@Craig Smith Here are the issues, a huge percentage of people that have Depo are lower income, Black and Hispanic, and many get the Depo shot at places like clinics and they simply don't ask or know if they are getting brand or generic and many times they get both. (ie first shot generic and second shot brand)
Can you confirm that any version, brand or generic, is accepted in any state (minus those they want to exclude) We can exclude the requested states, which will be a slight cost increase (only due to the excluding Florida)
Provided this is the case, we can do this campaign at 3000-3250/per

Now if the time to renew, we have a waiting line for this campaign, so if they arent going to renew we need to know now, otherwise we have to allow the next in line to place and order

@Cameron Rentch Bay Point is wiring the $300k today for Bard... They WILL extend on IL Juv Hall, I'm talking to Scott Duncan this afternoon. Jon has given them very positive feedback on our case quality and flow. I'm asking for $500k but if he says no to that, I'll get at least $250k. Keep you posted.

- Looks like 100 or so cases were sent to Simmons last night between 8-9pm, they are all duplicates. They are having to go through each one. Was this a mistake? I know Dustin is working with Sean on Bridgify integration but Simmons wants to make sure that all cases moving forward do not get sent twice.
- Could you give me an update on replacements? I'll send over the email again that was sent last Friday. Kevin wants to report to Bay Point today if possible.

Craig, I’m on heavy deadlines on some stuff. I’ll get it as soon as I can to you. You’re gonna need to just be patient. Tell them they’ll get it on Monday. I have a lot of research I have to do on some of these leads I sent over that appear to qualify, but they are saying do not. It’s gonna take a hot minute and I have crazy deadlines.

Attached in highlighted yellow are all return requests submitted to date. The only lead that has been "approved" for return is the first lead, "Humphrey". You can review the notes from TIP and the Law firm in columns (I) and (J). It appears that we do not have 17 return requests from the firm, and 3 may be tests that we sent originally.
Can you please get a list of ALL return requests. It is important that the return are sent to the appropriate parties. If they have been sent, we can investigate the reasons why we have not received them.
