@Craig Smith call my cell whenever youโre ready
@Cameron Rentch had a question about two campaigns below. Too late to run anything on either?
CA Dublin Womenโs Prison
Ivy Ridge
@Craig Smith Dublin is picked over, dont suggest it.I will look at Ivy Ridge
@Cameron Rentch have a firm in FL who specializes in Nursing Home abuse. Licensed in 17 states and have about 8 large defendants they target. Your thoughts on that type of campaign? They have been mostly referred cases by other firms in the past and would like to get them directly
@Craig Smith this is a great prospective campaign. We can do really well on these types of targeting. Let me know if we can do a call with them next week.
great to hear that. Iโll get it set!
@Cameron Rentch Hey Cam, could we talk Saddle Rock by phone when you have 5 free minutes?
@Craig Smith itโs on my list for next week!
@Cameron Rentch Cam, I appreciate that. They feel it is stalled and my concern is that they will bail on us because itโs taking so long. I do know that they will not use many vendors, and they really liked our process. But donโt want the to lose confidence in us now. They could spend a ton with us. Can we schedule a time to talk Sun. or Mon?
@Cameron Rentch Cam, are you open today or tomorrow for a call with Brett at SR. Lmk your best availability and I'll send invite. Thank you!
@Craig Smith running behind like 5 min be on about 105. Call running over Ty

@Cameron Rentch Great info on CPAP thank you. One question. Once the settlement is approved/finalized, will case acquisition stop at that point? Or continue for 6 months until payout?
Once settlement is approved claimants have 6 months left to sign up.
@Craig Smith Andy has to go see a specialist for his eye issue. More serious than pink eye.
If you were trying to reach him and heโs not responding, they donโt want him using his phone.
Iโll keep you posted with anything that I hear
@Cameron Rentch Thanks for letting me know. I talked to him a few hours ago hope its not too serious
@Cameron Rentch I have a Zoom call this Wed. @ 10am Pacific with Attorney Blair Mendes on the Nursing Home campaign. Would you be free for a few minutes at that time?
@Cameron Rentch Cam, Iโm looking for options to move SR into if we stop Roundup. For Hair Relaxer, what is current price per with this criteria:
back to 2005 Ovarian Uterine Endometrial Under 75yrs old
@Cameron Rentch Hey Cam - Andy said the Powerport info I sent was not sufficient. What specific additional info do you need?
@Cameron Rentch Cam, couple questions if you can give me a quick call
@Cameron Rentch Bay Point guys do not need to see each claimant, they just want an update each week. So, do you want me to email your intake testers to ELG and the Bridgify people? If ELG, who are the contact people there?
we have ELG distro already, so just get me Bridge people. Also, we have a Shield distro that is on all sign ups that I get notified of. Also, can you please send a fresh email to the Bridge people and intro me, that way I can "reply all" and loop in our tech team.
@Cameron Rentch got it. will send email to Bridge people now and intro you
@Andy Rogers @Cameron Rentch Cam - Regarding Bay Point PFAS Campaign, after yesterday we are at $478,800 of their $500,000 spend. Making sure we DO NOT go over. Thanks!
@Andy Rogers @Cameron Rentch Cam - For Larry Jones, I see that IL Juv has picked back up, thank you! He has about $55,000 spend left on that one, so at $4,600 per approx. 11 signed retainers left. I don't think he will extend but I'll ask him again.
@Craig Smith can you confirm that the NJ abuse with Lakin is Lakin/BG/Levinson, correct? the "AFG" is not part of this or is it? Sorry just want to make sure I have the correct info
@Cameron Rentch Lakin is NOT involved here. Itโs AFG/BG/Levinson. Thanks!
Ah ok thanks understood
@Cameron Rentch Cam, any update from Torticity? I'm working on 3 deals this month with Bay Point (PFAS, Sex Abuse and Bard PP), so want to get this resolved for them as soon as possible. Thanks!
@Craig Smith let me see about an update. Also, FYI I am having flight delays - should be good for the 1230, but you all may have to start without me. I will be briefing Tony on the campaign ahead of the call.
also @Craig Smith I have not been able to locate the Intake for Mendez...did we ever get their current intake?
either way, can you please see if you can get ahead of the 1230 call so the team can review?
@Cameron Rentch that may be on me. Iโll locate and send to you and Tony
all good @Craig Smith thank you - to me is good I am communicating into the channels on this ahead of the call today
@Cameron Rentch Cam, Iโm looking and now thinking I do not have his full intake. Is that something we can address on the call today? Or would you prefer me to get that and reschedule the call?
We can address on the call. If possible just ask if he can send it ahead of the call for us to briefly review.
@Cameron Rentch I sent Blair intake questions to review. He said he will get back to me before the call, so I'll send upon receipt back... His main questions are making sure he is compliant in each state with the language on the website. Will he have individual landing pages too for each state, or no?
we will be starting with one landing page with state specific creatives
@Cameron Rentch is the website for organic leads? or just more info for prospects after visiting landing page?
@Cameron Rentch Cam, here is the intake. We can certainly adjust based on your feedback
@Cameron Rentch Cam, Iโm on with Blair Mendes now? Is Tony jumping on?
@Craig Smith someone needs to let me in the call
@Cameron Rentch great call thanks!
@Cameron Rentch Can - Any word from Torticity? Iโd like to update BPโฆ.Also wanted an update on the integration for Lakin?
@Cameron Rentch Cam - I'm getting ahead of the integration for the Simmons Hanly Conroy Bard PP campaign funded by BP. Sending you an email now to their people, Keri Buchanan at SHC and Yehia at Datavative
great got it @Craig Smith will look for it
@Cameron Rentch Cam - Below see more from Blair Mendes following our call yesterday: โโ-
Craig,
As we said the most important questions are Residency dates to make sure we are within the SOL. Let us know if you need the SOL for any state.
Caller relationship to resident โ must have authority to sign the contract and the authorizations for records Is the resident alive? If resident competent โ does resident agree and capable of signing? Or does caller have legal authority to sign for resident? If resident incompetent - does caller have legal authority to sign for resident? Is resident dead? If so, is there a will that names an estate representative If not, is caller related to resident
Defendant on the list
Injuries:
Bed Sores or pressure sores (we only want pressure sores that are open) Is it open Depth Width Size comparison (quarter, softball) Anything exposed? (Bone, muscle)
Falls (we donโt want cases with only bruises) Injuries: Fractures, head injuries
Abuse โ physical or sexual abuse
Unexplained injuries โ fractures, repeated bruises
Infections โ UTIs, Sepsis, Pneumonia โ Death
Malnutrition/Dehydration
Death
Re: infections, malnutrition and dehydration, we only want significant ones, especially if they lead to death. Not one or 2 UTIs where the resident recovers.
Let me know if you need more on this
@Cameron Rentch Cam, couple of questions on BP: What is status on Torticity/BP integration? Were we able to get them all of the files they requested in the shared document?
@Craig Smith I will get you an update alot going on
@Craig Smith please send content folders to Nursing home folks. please make sure they use the "Suggestion" feature not the "Edit"
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WZEG02mRatEX62r6uyLyBBjVBKQ-G-n_?usp=sharing
@Cameron Rentch Cam, just letting you know that Stephanie Weiss from Simmons emailed you and Nick API info for Bard PowerPort.
@Cameron Rentch Cam, any word back from legal yet on Lakin's MSA? Once that is cleared, I'll get him to sign and send the $150,000. Thanks!
@Craig Smith likely tomorrow or Monday. Stay tuned weโve had a lot of legal reviews
@Cameron Rentch Cam, would you/your media team have any interest in running a nationwide campaign for a non-legal entity. I have an owner of a company who does nationwide Auto Warranty. He spends a lot of $ now on direct mail and only targets 7 states with his data. He'd love to find a way to target prospective clients nationwide.
@Craig Smith thanks but not something we are interested in. Familiar with the space just not something we would do
@Cameron Rentch Cam, I sent text to you and Andy but wanted to be sure. Bay Point is ready to move in SA campaigns with Bailey Glasser. Can I offer them IL, NH, PA and NJ?
@Craig Smith yes but see my text on PA.
@Cameron Rentch Cam, are we running anything in NY currently? I understand that the NYC GMVA revival window is open until March 2025.
that is just the gender motivated violence act, unsure of what types of cases these are. We are not running anything currently @Craig Smith
@Cameron Rentch Cam, are all Bard leads going to BP of are there other firms? I wonโt share totals with them, I want to give them a good idea on pacing
only with BP for time being. So all we generate will go to them. Have some other firms interested but not on-board yet
@Cameron Rentch I just sent you an email forward from Simmons on Bard campaign
@Cameron Rentch couple things on Mendes nursing home, I just spoke with Blair; โข No need for us to get HIPAA signed, they need wet signatures so they will do that part โข Currently, the signed retainers they get do not have the name of the person, just reads โpatient.โ They would like to resend so that part is fillable and completed by the client when they sign the retainer agreement
@Craig Smith ok let me look into this
@Cameron Rentch another issue he found on one of the signed retainers was the person was not authorized to sign for the injured client. It was a friend as opposed to a personal/legal representative. Just making sure we are asking that question on all intakes.
@Craig Smith what is the name on the retainer above^
@Cameron Rentch not sure but Iโll find out.
@Cameron Rentch Cam, we need to pause WV. Blair is looking into rules more there
@Cameron Rentch just emailed u more on WV from Blair
@Craig Smith I am sending you an email and reporting for Mendes shortly. Let me know after you review and lets chat before you send over
note also @Craig Smith there are 3 cases Tony sent to Blair for review - can you give him a nudge on these pls
one of them is a death case that appears as if could be a really good case
@Cameron Rentch Blair just responded. He'd like to reply at once a day to Tony with his feedback on all cases that day. Should he include anyone else in that email?... On WV, he is going to be talking soon to an ethics attorney. Could he just put his full name on office address on everything to make sure he is in compliance?
@Craig Smith copy me and Tony and you. Also we do use his firm name and address in the ad text of all ads just NOT in the images themselves.
@Cameron Rentch For Mendes Nursing Home test, at what point do we give him a price per signed retainer moving forward? The test was $50k, and want to make sure we don't go over that until we have an agreement moving forward.
@Craig Smith I have a report coming to you now in about 20 minutes. Standby
@Cameron Rentch I sent everything to Blair and he wants to review with his partners and let us know next week. They are also cleaning up from the hurricane. I know not ideal but we should pause until we hear back. I'll ask him to let us know by Mon or Tues. I'm confident it will be a Yes.
@Craig Smith no problem. I have all paused since yesterday
@Cameron Rentch looks like 3 more signed retainers came in for Mendes. Assume they were just follow-ups on previous leads?
yes but we do not have any data yet @Craig Smith test budgets are good
@Cameron Rentch ok thanks. I heard broughton running at $1,200 per. May have a client with interest
That is a crazy low price. I donโt know what type of injuries theyโre taking, but it must be a wide open no restrictions campaign.
@Cameron Rentch Iโll see if I can get more info
Yes, please do see if you can get criteria and information that would be very helpful. Thank you.
@Cameron Rentch How is the new Asbestos campaign going? I have a couple of firms who have asked about it, and I'll see them in Vegas
@Cameron Rentch Cam, I now have others asking about Depo Provera. I should have client(s) ready to run a test asap. Info below on article. I think criteria can be broad but weโd likely want to go with diagnosed with Meningioma. Your thoughts?
โ- STUDY LINKS DEPO-PROVERA TO 5.6-FOLD INCREASE IN BRAIN TUMORS A study published in the British Medical Journal has raised serious concerns about the safety of Depo-Provera. Researchers found that women who used this contraceptive for more than a year had a significantly higher risk of developing meningioma brain tumors. Specifically, the study showed a 5.6-fold increase in risk compared to women who did not use the drug. This finding was based on data from the French National Health Data System, which included over 108,000 women.
Meningiomas are tumors that form in the membranes covering your brain and spinal cord. While they are often non-cancerous, they can still cause serious health problems due to their location. These tumors can grow and press against important parts of your brain, leading to symptoms like headaches or vision problems. Understanding these risks is crucial for anyone considering or currently using Depo-Provera.
We should take using depo provovera and A. Diagnosed with meningiomas OR B. Experiencing headaches and vision problems for longer than 6 months.
@Cameron Rentch just keeping you posted on Mendes Nursing Home. Blair left Tampa due to hurricane, will hopefully be back next week and reopen office, assuming power is back on in Tampa.
Cool thanks @Craig Smith any works in depo pro era?
@Cameron Rentch Yes, Bay Point has interest, talking more next week.
@Cameron Rentch I'll get their criteria over to you soon as well.
@Cameron Rentch they were very impressed with Shield HQ and overall operations!
@Cameron Rentch Adair wants to start LA Juv Hall with Rochen. He has about $60k left in NJ, that is very slow and he has other concerns on NJ. He would like to stop that, move that $60k over (in addition to sending another $100k to get started in LA. Is that cool with you?
@Craig Smith Should be ok but I would recommend he splits budget between chowchilla and La county. Everything is a bit slow due to upcoming elections. We also have a lot of orders to fill in LA
@Cameron Rentch is current pricing for LA and Chowchilla $7,500 per?
@Craig Smith LA county is 7500-8000, Chowchilla 6000-6500
@Cameron Rentch Cam, see attached Depo Provera criteria. Let's discuss soon. I want to make sure that BP invests with us as opposed to Broughton or somebody else who is already currently running this. Thx!
@Craig Smith this is fine. We have not launched it yet, but we should be able do very well on this based on what Iโm hearing in the marketplace. However, itโs very hard for me to give rates because we have not yet tested.
@Cameron Rentch understand and appreciated. what budget would you take for test?
Like to get 100k test but we will give them metrics within the first 50k. Otherwise 50k is ok @Craig Smith
@Cameron Rentch Any traction yet on phase two of the Asbestos campaign?
@Craig Smith not sure I understand your question?
@Cameron Rentch I believe you updated the criteria and ran the campaign for one of Patsy's clients before she left. Has it been successful for them? What is the acquisition cost per?
oh - 5500/per for diagnosed last 3 years. Patsy's client is not renewing but the campaign is working and producing great results.
@Cameron Rentch Iโm talking to Blair Mendes tomorrow, keep u posted. Should get green light for another $100k on nursing home
great @Craig Smith hopefully we can go live in the other states too!
@Cameron Rentch Cool, Iโll text him so he knows
@Cameron Rentch Do you have a few minutes to talk by phone today? Two quick things, one to talk some numbers on Nursing Home, I spoke with Blair this morning. The other is on integration with Bay Point and Simmons and soon Bailey Glasser with IL Juv Hall.
@Craig Smith possibly a little later today Iโm with my daughter visiting her at Penn State this weekend
I could talk for about 10 or 15 minutes but we need to be late today about three PST
@Cameron Rentch Fun! Perfect, I'll call you at 3pm est
@Cameron Rentch Cam, for call with Sean at Bay Point, below are times that work for Jon Becker. Would on or more work for you and Dustin?
Monday 10am to 1pm Wednesday 9am to 11am Thursday 9am to 11am Friday 9am to 11am
All times are in CST.
@Craig Smith Monday time frame is good , lets do 1030PST/1230CST
@Craig Smith FYI
80% for Bay Point - Bard Power Port. We have enough funds, at current pricing for 30 more signups. Conversion rate is 18%, and we are averaging 15 signups a week since the start of the campaign. Let's stay ahead of this so we can keep the campaign moving forward
@Cameron Rentch Are we fully integrated yet for Bard? That was the main reason they gave us $200k the last round instead of $500k. They may ask me about it, so I want to be prepared. Tbanks.
@Cameron Rentch Thanks. Could the team also send me a spreadsheet with all cases to date? Iโd like to share with them in my email when letting them know they are at 80%
I will request. Standby.
@Cameron Rentch from Sean Kelly at BP below . Iโll get a time set for all of us to discuss:
โCraig - Wednesday looks best for us. I see power port is done with Simmons but any update on getting our api integration connected ? I sent documentation of standard fields we need to get integrated for all campaigns we do with shieldโ
@Cameron Rentch Cam, I just emailed you and Tony. They are return requests from Kevin at Simmons. Please let me know your thoughts.
@Cameron Rentch from Sean Kelly this morning:
In prep for todays discussion, we have made some adjustments to our URL versus Body Parameters in an effort to make this more clean and ensure we receive the minimum necessary fields via the URL Parameters.
Please find the attached for the Sexual Abuse Campaign API Documentation.
I can provide values specific to this campaign as well like handlingFirm, matterType, vendor, orderId etc.
@Craig Smith post to Dustin surwill
@Craig Smith fyi Iโll be about 5 min late to call
@Cameron Rentch Cam, I just emailed you and Tony info from Kevin at Simmons. It's a list of their closed Bard PowerPort cases. He'd like to discuss to see if there are ways to avoid moving forward. 3 of the 7 are people who had IVs, not a port catheter.
@Cameron Rentch for starters, could we add a question like this: Are you sure it was port catheter and not an IV?
@Craig Smith lets get a call with Kevin to discuss in detail
@Cameron Rentch call at 11am or Noon pst tomorrow?
@Cameron Rentch Kevin at Simmons just emailed some info for our call.
@Craig Smith circulate to Tony and me please
@Cameron Rentch Flint Cooper has interest in Roundup. From Fred below, let me know your thoughts: โ- Craig, we are considering taking on Roundup cases, preferably quality cases, not volume.ย
Our criteria include Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (NHL) with occupational exposure to Roundup.ย We seek cases involving farmers, crop dusters and landscape professionals.ย
What is the cost per case and quantity we could be expecting for these leads?
@Cameron Rentch what is price and availability of NEC campaign?
@Cameron Rentch are we currently running NEC?
All criteria dependent. Depending on criteria anywhere from 8000-10000/per
@Cameron Rentch When will the IL Juv Hall campaign for Bay Point/Bailey Glasser commence?
@Craig Smith already launched 3 signed already
@Cameron Rentch Excellent news, thank you!
@Cameron Rentch Cam - Do you have time tomorrow or Monday to discuss below with Kevin at Simmons? ----- Hope you are doing well. Iโve added Tirzah and Christian to this email. Would it be possible for us to have a quick zoom meeting tomorrow or Monday? If so, what times work for you? We have a new list of all cases closed out. This is the all-encompassing list for now and is attached.
We would like to discuss the below items on our call.
For leads that do not qualify:
For leads we are missing information/are unable to qualify: We are wanting to know the best way to handle these. Do we notify you that there isnโt enough information to qualify, and you go back to gather that information? If so, we would have to tell our team to hold off on contacting the client.
@Cameron Rentch Cam, a couple of things:
@Craig Smith I can do a call Monday. After 1030am pst
I can talk with you and Sean but the reality is we donโt want to wait to get him potential 7 figure abuse cases. We can backfill.
We have had issues with lawrulwr that are out of our control. They are mostly resolved and we are prioritizing their integrations as top 1 priority!
@Cameron Rentch Iโll talk to Sean and let him know weโll give him an update on law ruler on mondayโฆ On Simmons Iโll set meeting for us after 10:30 pst with KJ on Monday
@Cameron Rentch Couple of things:
@Cameron Rentch 2. I scheduled a meeting for 1pm pst today with us and KJ at Simmons to discuss Bard PP qualifications per his email on Friday. Thanks!
@Craig Smith for Depo we are running the following
-Used Depo (brand or generic) 1992 or after -Used at least 2 times(2 individual injections) -Diagnosed meningioma at least one year after Depo shot
These are 2500-3000/per
I think the issue with their criteria will drive up price is requiring 4 injections (1 year) and diagnosis 3 years after depo shot.
Unsure as I would need to look at data more but would estimate 3500-4000/per
@Cameron Rentch Are you going to be able to send Sean Kelly a message today on the integration? Maybe you two could schedule another call, I want to make sure there is no confusion. Also, I'd like to reply to Scott Duncan and Sean Coleman to let them know we are working on a resolution.
@Craig Smith I just sent Sean message. it bounded back please forward to him asap. Tahnks
@Cameron Rentch got it, thanks . for future reference itโs seankelly@
@Cameron Rentch are u cool with Mendes doing additional test with $50k instead of $100k? Blair just texted me
@Craig Smith 50k is really hard, not enough to spread across states. We really need 100k minimum. Remeber if we are 5000ish that is not alot of sign ups
@Cameron Rentch I just had a long call with Scott Duncan at Bay Point. Before they send another $300k, they want an update on the credits and have the integration tests completed. He was hoping that we could do that by end of week and then they fund on Monday.
That stated, I told him that pausing the campaign would be detrimental. He verbally agreed to pay any overages up to $50k should we go over in the interim. He made it very clear that they wish to continue with us and may get more funding for Bard in Jan
@Craig Smith
@Cameron Rentch I understand, what is the number of reforms? 8 or 10? Just so I have something to send to them in an email.
Ah ok @Craig Smith currently it is 8, there are two that techincally qualified and are considered fall out from our discussions with Simmons.
@Cameron Rentch Cam, below is Depo Criteria opportunity I have with a firm in Florida (Rubenstein). What would pricing be?
Must have used brand-name (Pfizer) Depo-Provera at least twice
OR
Have used an โauthorized genericโ version of Depo-Provera manufactured by Pharmacia & Upjohn Company LLC, Greenstone LLC, A-S Medication Solutions, Prasco, LLC d/b/a Prasco Laboratories,or Preferred Pharmaceuticals Inc. at least twice
OR (CALIFORNIA AND MASSACHUSETTS ONLY)
Have used any form of Depo-Provera (brand name, authorized generic, and/or regular generic) at least twice
Specifically excludes: cases with Depo-SubQProvera 104 use only
Injury
Must have been diagnosed with cerebral meningioma after use of Depo-Provera as described above
Specifically excludes: Pseudotumor cerebri (PTC), idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH), and pituitary adenoma
NO MICHIGAN CASES DIAGNOSED BEFORE FEBRUARY 13, 2024
No Florida, Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Mississippi cases.
@Craig Smith Here are the issues, a huge percentage of people that have Depo are lower income, Black and Hispanic, and many get the Depo shot at places like clinics and they simply don't ask or know if they are getting brand or generic and many times they get both. (ie first shot generic and second shot brand)
Can you confirm that any version, brand or generic, is accepted in any state (minus those they want to exclude) We can exclude the requested states, which will be a slight cost increase (only due to the excluding Florida)
Provided this is the case, we can do this campaign at 3000-3250/per
@Craig Smith FYI We are at 80% for Bay Point - IL Juv Hall. 7 more signups until cap (27/34).
Now if the time to renew, we have a waiting line for this campaign, so if they arent going to renew we need to know now, otherwise we have to allow the next in line to place and order
@Cameron Rentch Iโll call Scott Duncan in a few minutes and get back to you ASAPโฆ. For their Bard PP campaign, were you able to find the latest number on replacements?
@Craig Smith today I will have that, some of the requests they made appear to meet criteria so we are working through this interally
@Cameron Rentch for IL Juv Hall, what is our expected flow between now and end of year? Would $250k get them through the end of the year (33 more signed retainers)?
@Cameron Rentch Bay Point is wiring the $300k today for Bard... They WILL extend on IL Juv Hall, I'm talking to Scott Duncan this afternoon. Jon has given them very positive feedback on our case quality and flow. I'm asking for $500k but if he says no to that, I'll get at least $250k. Keep you posted.
@Cameron Rentch Bay Point will send another $300k for IL Juv and plan to keep it rolling after that. They have a large budget for this one
@Cameron Rentch Cam, two things on Bard PowerPort:
@Craig Smith this is backfill api.
Craig, Iโm on heavy deadlines on some stuff. Iโll get it as soon as I can to you. Youโre gonna need to just be patient. Tell them theyโll get it on Monday. I have a lot of research I have to do on some of these leads I sent over that appear to qualify, but they are saying do not. Itโs gonna take a hot minute and I have crazy deadlines.
@Cameron Rentch Regarding Depo-Provera and the criteria for Rubenstein, I'd like to set up a short call with you, me and Attorney Miriam Agrait. Do you have time on Monday (or Tues. afternoon)?
@Craig Smith yes. Monday best. Tuesday I am buried.
@Cameron Rentch Cool, Iโll see if she can do Noon pacific if thatโs good for you
@Cameron Rentch https://themedialaboratory.slack.com/archives/D0473E4AHEX/p1731511100344229

@Cameron Rentch Thank you! Are you still good with quoting $3,000-$3,250 for Rubenstein on Depo?
@Craig Smith yes, the real only issue is the exclusive of Florida and texas cases, which increases the cost.
@Cameron Rentch could I start the the first $50k at the $3,000-$3,250 and let them know subsequent campaigns may be a bit higher due to the exclusion of TX and FL?
@Craig Smith the 3000-3250 would be with exclusing FL and TX
@Cameron Rentch Cam - See from Bay Point below, interested in Depo-Provera. Iโm sure weโll have to explain the same way you explained to Miriam yesterday. Iโll set up a call. Are you open tomorrow or Thursday
Where is your pricing for the following criteria?
Criteria 1: Min 4 injections, Pfizer & non-generic, treatment/surgery. Criteria 2: Same as above but without treatment.
@Craig Smith Iโll circle back need to run numbers
@Cameron Rentch would 11am Pacific this Thurs. work for quick call with Scott Duncan at BP?
@Cameron Rentch Hey Cam - KJ just sent you and me an email. He's asking about this replacements as Bay Point is asking him.
@Craig Smith on my list for today, thanks for being patient.
@Cameron Rentch For PA Juv Hall, I know things slowed down before the election. Will things pick back up for Lakin and Adair soon?
@Craig Smith I am not seeing KJ's email, forward to me asap
@Cameron Rentch just sent my version with same info
@Craig Smith check email, should be stright forward
@Craig Smith send me Baypoint Depo criteria again so I have it for the mtg
@Cameron Rentch See below. If you have other questions, lmk and I'll see what I can gather before the call. Criteria 1: Min 4 injections, Pfizer & non-generic, treatment/surgery. Criteria 2: Same as above but without treatment.
@Cameron Rentch working on getting more details from Scott.... For integration, I just saw the reply from Dustin. For IL Juv Hall, do we even integrate directly with Bailey Glasser? My understanding is that we should be working with BP and Bridgify for all campaign integrations. Let's hang on our call for a couple of minutes after Scott leaves the meeting.
@Cameron Rentch Ok, we can discuss. This was part of Dustin's reply on all BP integrations:
Sexual Abuse: Bay Point integration complete. We are currently awaiting a response from Bailey Glasser with the necessary information to begin the integration with them.
@Craig Smith can you please post entire Depo criteria?
@Cameron Rentch That's all I have so far. I texted Scott for it but no reply yet
@Cameron Rentch Just replied. He said close to Simmons but may refine slightly. Here is Simmons:
โข Potential Client received Depo-Provera or Depo-Provera SubQ injections for at least one year (4 injections) o Name brand and authorized generic approved o Injections given after FDA approval in 1992
โข Potential Client was diagnosed with meningioma at least 3 years after starting injections o Must only be meningioma โ no other tumors
โข Potential Client was 70 years of age or younger when diagnosed
@Cameron Rentch what is price range for above criteria?
@Craig Smith Iโm going to run some numbers. I need to look at the diagnosed after three years. Give me about 90 minutes and Iโll send that over.
@Craig Smith standard intake, can you please circulate this and cc me? Thanks
@Cameron Rentch from Miriam at Rubenstein on Depo:
Craig, I had a thought. Can you give me pricing utilizing your criteria but only accepting cases in California or Mass
ooof. @Craig Smith I dont think we have the ability to do this as it would make other firms campaigns unbalanced...
I would say we "pass" for now and look to maximize our relationship with Baypoint
@Cameron Rentch Depo price for Bay Point? Enjoy the time with your daughter!
@Craig Smith will send stay tuned
@Cameron Rentch could we start at their range of $2,500-$3,000 for first tranche? That would be ideal. Iโll make sure they know that there is a strong chance rates will be going up on subsequent campaign
@Cameron Rentch from Scott Duncan just now:
Craig โ
Thanks for sending. We are expecting to receive approval from our IC on a Depo investment today.
To summarize Shieldโs current campaign criteria: Diagnosis: Intracranial Meningioma Injections: 2+ Usage Term: After 1992 Client Age: Under 70 before diagnosis Not represented by another law firm
What is the look forward pricing on this criterion?
@Craig Smith right now for Depo we need to be 3400-3700 with above criteria, it is getting very competitive and expensive!
@Cameron Rentch if they agree, ok to start with $150k retainer?
Thatโs works @Craig Smith
@Cameron Rentch from Sean Kelly:
Craig/Dustin,
Not sure the best point of contact for these matters, but we had (2) Clients that were Posted into our CMS without Contracts appended for the below:
Jameca Turner Virginia Cassady
Can you please send over when able.
Thanks
@Cameron Rentch On PA Juv Hall, I'd like to communicate to Adair and Lakin on their joint campaign (and Lakin's individual campaign). It has been a while since they had a lead or a signed retainer. When do you expect the campaign pick up for them?
@Craig Smith Choppy Nov with PA being biggest political ad spend in US, then slow week with Thanksgiving. Next week should start settling down...
@Cameron Rentch what is our current Depo-Provera criteria?
nothing has changed
2 shots brain meningioma only used after 1992 brand and generic no 1 year states
@Cameron Rentch from BayPoint on Depo:
Craig - On Depo, we are struggling at that price point. We have ongoing campaigns at materially lower COAs that are converting at significant margins with quality injuries. If we see our campaigns tailing off on conversion, we may reach back out.
understood @Craig Smith
@Cameron Rentch Cam, know I asked you this before but canโt find your reply. Do we have any company statement around the new TCPA one to one consent rules taking effect in Jan?
@Craig Smith see if you can locate my prior messsage to you
@Cameron Rentch On PA Juv Hall, I wanted to give Lakin and Adair an update. Will the campaign get going again this week?
@Craig Smith yes we will have more traffic this week
@Cameron Rentch Are we running gaming addiction? If so can you give me campaign details/pricing pleaseโฆ Constant Legal guys (Ryan and Dean) have interest. Sound like they may refer to a firm
@Cameron Rentch email below from KJ at Simmons to me, Nick, Dustin, Ryan. Who is best person to help here?
Hey there,
Any chance we can get a list of all billable cases from your system? We are trying to cross reference everything we have received from you all. I want to make sure the number is accurate for the report I send to Bay Point each week.
Thanks, Kevin
@Craig Smith you get this reporting every week.
from Dennis, so suggest you send that through EOD Sunday, 12/8. You should be sending this to them every Monday with a summary, should go to baypoint as well.
@Cameron Rentch if they need current one (like through yesterday), can I ping Dustin directly for that?
ask Dennis. Dustin in in Integrations and data team. Dennis runs reporting.
@Cameron Rentch Cam, any movement on the two PA Juv Hall campaigns for Lakin and AFG?
@Cameron Rentch Hey Cam, any movement on the two PA Juv Hall campaigns for Lakin and AFG?
traffic is live, it is slow due to holidays. not pushing anything until after Jan 1, so a trickle until then
@Cameron Rentch Cam, hope you and your family had a great Christmas and New Year! For Bay Point, below what we have remaining. I understand we'll need more for Bard right away if they wish to continue. What is your estimate on going through their remaining $ on IL Juv Hall? That is around 23 signed retainer remaining. 3 weeks or so? Bard PP we have $18,600 left IL Juv we have $174,600 left
@Craig Smith yes, looks about right to me. Also, I am looking at possible increase in Bard rate. I will let you know.
@Cameron Rentch I'm talking to the guys soon. They DO have another campaign running with Simmons/Sok, don't want them to stop with us.
Agreed @Craig Smith I think we just need a 300/per increase contract. We have had some increase declines with criteria adjustments.
@Cameron Rentch ok, Iโll run it by them and keep you posted
@Cameron Rentch Cam, I have a call with Sean Kelly at Bay Point in 40 minutes regarding Bard PP. He has questions regarding (22) that he shows in a Returned stage? I'm not sure what he is referring to, do you know? I asked Greg Owen who will be on the call as well as KJ from Simmons, they are unaware. Feel free to give me a quick call if that's easier
@Cameron Rentch On Bard with Bay Point, they have $150-$250k left on their initial $1mil budget for this. Iโm worried if we bump them up now that they will just give the rest to Simmons/Sok. Could we keep them at $2,400 per for this next tranche and then raise the price next time? It will be easier to explain after NTL and AAJ as more firms enter and price is driven up
@Craig Smith I will review but I dont think we can. It is not profitable for us. Stay tuned reply later today
@Cameron Rentch I also found out that they have spent quite a bit with Howard at Intake Desk. Again, just don't want to lose the momentum at the first of the year. Andy and I have a call with them next week to discuss 2025.
@Craig Smith I understand but taking money for something that loses us money. Iโll let you know
@Cameron Rentch Cam, following up on Bard pricing for Bay Point. If we can hold at $2,400 for this next tranche, let me know. I owe those guys an email this morning, they are also close to their budget on IL Juv Hall as well. Thanks!
@Cameron Rentch Cam, have we resumed the two PA Juv Hall Campaigns for Adair and Lakin? I need to give them an update
Yes @Craig Smith just resuming traffic. Expect contract starting end of week into next week
@Cameron Rentch Bay Point send an email yesterday to the team on a Bard PP return. Name is Enrico Humphrey. They said it did not we criteria Just making sure our team saw it
@Cameron Rentch questions below from Big Horn:
โโ
โCraig - I wanted to check in on the Hair Relaxer leads and get some updated information. Could you share details on the current price per signed lead? Also, have there been any updates to the vetting criteria, particularly regarding cases past the two-year SOL based on the date from the Chang study?โ
@Cameron Rentch Cam, please keep the pedal down for Bay Point on IL Juv Hall. They are wiring another $250k tomorrow or Monday. Thx!
@Cameron Rentch following up on questions from BigHorn Law last week: โโ โCraig - I wanted to check in on the Hair Relaxer leads and get some updated information. @Cameron Rentch is our Hair relaxer campaign not a current option?
@Craig Smith rates are 5500-6k per. Diagnosed last 5 years, no revlon use only. Ovarian, Endometrial and uterine cancer.
*Thread Reply:* @Cameron Rentch by no revlon use only, do you mean they must have used brands other than revlon? What would be examples of other brands?
*Thread Reply:* @Craig Smith revlon filed bankruptcy so if the claimant only used Revlon brands they can not file a claim. All BK claims had to be submitted 1.5 years ago
@Cameron Rentch thanks on that..
I've stayed in touch with Saddle Rock. To be clear, you would not run another (separate) campaign for SR and Thornton, correct? They asked me to confirm with you. They also have new co-counsel for PFAS and are looking for only Testicular and Kidney. What is pricing on that?
@Craig Smith I donโt think I can at the moment on Wildfires. Let me circle back.
On PFAS we require Ulcerative colitis Thyroid cancer Kidney cancer Testicular cancer Liver cancer
@Craig Smith yes very expensive very snalll pool of cases.
@Cameron Rentch Back to Saddle Rock, they already have their own agreement with Andrews Thornton on Wildfires. Could we run a separate campaign for this two?
@Craig Smith not at the moment, no. I will circle back
@Cameron Rentch 10-4, thank you!
@Cameron Rentch Hey Cam - KJ at Simmons is trying to get a final report to Bay Point on Bard PP. We show a billable number at 308 but he shows 274 open cases on his end. Were there returns along the way within the 72 hrs that we will need to replace? If you could take a look or steer me in the right directly, let me know.

@Cameron Rentch Cool. I realize that many are probably just fallout and not returns. He just wants to see if there are any that we still owe BP and then give them a final countโฆ. Also, he asked me about Crump and Bard, will someone be reaching out to KJ?
@Craig Smith yeah we will get report and review. I already connected KJ with Jon wright at Crump
@Cameron Rentch Hey Cam, just following up on Bard/Bay Point/Simmons summary for KJ
@Craig Smith we are running a full reportand auditing, will have likely tomrorow
@Cameron Rentch Cam, any update for KJ? Sorry for the hassle but he really needs this info to share with Bay Point.
@Craig Smith were auditing still. Should be by end of day PST
@Craig Smith
Attached in highlighted yellow are all return requests submitted to date. The only lead that has been "approved" for return is the first lead, "Humphrey". You can review the notes from TIP and the Law firm in columns (I) and (J). It appears that we do not have 17 return requests from the firm, and 3 may be tests that we sent originally.
Can you please get a list of ALL return requests. It is important that the return are sent to the appropriate parties. If they have been sent, we can investigate the reasons why we have not received them.
@Cameron Rentch Thanks Cam, I did share with you KJ yesterday . Heโll let us know if he or Bay Point have further questions.
@Andy Rogers @Cameron Rentch Cam and Andy - Attached is an Audit request from Richey May for Bay Point campaigns. Should I complete and return, or have someone else at Shield do this? They are requesting a return by this Friday 2/21
@Craig Smith please complete and send to me, I will then sign and send back to you
@Cameron Rentch Cam - Attached is the audit form for Bay Point. I completed the fields, just need your signature on page 2
@Cameron Rentch I'll send this to Malissa so she can help here too
@Cameron Rentch Cam, I just sent you an email from KJ. Attached to that email is a list of Bard cases that did not meet their criteria. Could you review and reply?
@Craig Smith sent to team for review
@Cameron Rentch Sean Kelly sent an email about client Brian Edward Childs not posting over to Bay Point. Iโll send u email now
@Cameron Rentch Cam - Bay Point has interest in getting back into PFAS, what is our current price?
5 diagnoses only
Liver cancer Testicular cancer Kidney Cancer Thyroid cancer Ulcerative colitis
7500-8000/per
If they will take Thyroid disease we can bring down to 4500-5000
@Cameron Rentch Cam, I just sent this email to Dustin and Cc'd you:
Hi Dustin - Sean Kelly from Bay Point sent me a note. Every SA matter that comes into their system reads โDeceasedโ. He assumes that is a glitch, can you take a look and let me know.
Thanks! Craig
@Cameron Rentch Regarding Crypto, I'm going to forward you a couple of emails from Keith Jackson. If you are open to a call with him, please let me know your availability next Monday 3/10. Thx!
@Cameron Rentch I'll resend the email from Keith Jackson on Crypto. Lmk your thoughts
@Craig Smith I will review this sorry for note rep[lying
@Cameron Rentch I see that IL Juv Hall picked up last month for Bay Point. I'm working on next round for them, do you expect that pace to continue? Iasking them for $250k or up to $500k for next payment.
@Cameron Rentch Cam, are we running campaigns for Riverside County CA or San Diego County CA. I have a new prospect asking me
@Craig Smith I am in Berlin on business, will reply tomorrow with more info
@Cameron Rentch i know your traveling but let me know when you have time to reply on Riverside and San Diego. Thx!
hey @Craig Smith we are testing both of these now, so will let you know what things look like in 2-3 weeks
