@Cameron Rentch @Andy Rogers, I've attached the feedback requested to enhance sponsorship participation. If you have time, please review it and let me know if you need any changes. I will hold off sending it to the board until the tiers are confirmed. Also, I am out of the office tomorrow, @David Evans, @LaToya. I'd appreciate your thoughts. Thank you. The Excel spreadsheet is what Ryan with Navis Events is proposing on the two tabs.

@Andy Rogers @Cameron Rentch, please check your email. Thank you.
@Cameron Rentch, thank you. I listed the needs in case you are unavailable to meet in person.
Good afternoon @Cameron Rentch — as you're thinking through ad planning, just flagging that SOM is putting intense focus on ICE deportations and militarization in California, with potential plans to build a panel around it. I’m awaiting feedback from John Gomez and Navan Ward on the social content I shared, and I’ve been tracking other cities with recent ICE activity in Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, New York City, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Seattle, and Portland as possible targets, especially to broaden SOM’s reach.
@Andy Rogers, below is your panel on Saturday morning. We still need to figure out a time for your in-room event. The agenda and speakers/ keynotes are still being finalized and are tight. FYI @David Evans 9:00 AM 9:45 AM 45 min Litigation Funding – Realities, Proposed Rules and Ethical Dilemmas Confirmed Andy Rogers Shield Legal Proposed LaRuby May May Jung Proposed John Gomez Gomez Trial Attorneys Proposed Ruth Rizkalla Carlson Law Firm
FYI @LaToya

@Adrienne Hester this week. I will reach out a later today or tomrorow
Thank you, @Cameron Rentch
@Cameron Rentch, will ads start today? I need to provide an update during today's weekly meeting. Thank you.
@Cameron Rentch, please avoid mentioning Miguel as the entertainment in any ads. We’re still awaiting approval from his unresponsive and difficult management team for general social media mentions and image use. Thank you.
@Adrienne Hester can you please send me the final link for existing site/page for this years SOM event?
https://shadesofmass.org/events/ @Cameron Rentch
thank you @Adrienne Hester can you also repost or reshare with full permissions all of the image/social media files we can use for ads, as well as a detailed list of any specific requests for advertising guidelines from SOM? Thank you
Lastly @Adrienne Hester total budget for ad spend please
@Cameron Rentch SOM doesn't have any guideline requests thus far. I will send an email requesting. Total budget: $50k We have created a multitude of social media files. Here is the link to the 2025 conference folder in Google Drive. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WhW1VU6ldyjxK2E6_0EAQMg0yPFY29Gy?usp=drive_link
thank you @Adrienne Hester please share entire folder with edit access to: caleb@shield-legal.com yan@shield-legal.com
@Adrienne Hester FYI, we have everything ready to start the SOM ads. I emailed Ben today, we need a video created by him to use this year. Last year the version attached had the best performance, so we want him to do the same using this script:
"Are you an attorney interested in mass torts? Don’t miss the 4th Annual Shaves of Mass Conference, happening September 4–6 in Los Angeles, California. This historic event brings together trial lawyers from across the country to connect, learn, and be empowered to take on impactful mass tort cases that serve our communities. Hear from powerhouse speakers like José Rojas, Michael Blake, and more. Time is running out — claim your seat now and be part of a movement that’s shaping the future of civil rights and justice."
Please feel free to follow up on this with Larry. Also, would be cool to have Larry do a video. Just cell phone videos are best. Please get this handled asap. Thanks
@Cameron Rentch I'll ask Uzi again for a video from Ben using the provided script and follow up with Larry for a new video.
@Cameron Rentch, in addition, I emailed Ben cc Larry, Fu, and Uzi this morning, and texted Larry last night requesting videos.
@Adrienne Hester please forward these creatives to SOM team for approval. I NEED VIDEOS from Ben, Larry asap please! @Andy Rogers please assist in this for me.

@Cameron Rentch I have a video from Fu she sent yesterday, and it has a sync issue on my end. Larry is sending his today. Ben has several requests from Fu and Larry.
great see if you can forward the video via email I will try to download thank you
@Cameron Rentch, feedback from Fu. All 4 have the same issue- Michael Blake is not a mass tort lawyer or a lawyer (he has a degree in journalism), so I don’t know why she is highlighting him as a mass tort lawyer. If there are 4 separate posts mentioning attorneys who are mass tort attorneys, we should feature two different attorney speakers in each. Blake and Jose are the only two people mentioned in all 4.
Not sure why these were recorded like this.
@Adrienne Hester we are just doing what we can. tell them to give us names of people to highlight and we will update it. Please propvide guidance this is your show
@Cameron Rentch, please highlight Fu, Ben, Navan Ward, Larry, and Greg Cade. Fu would like to mention the other non-Board members on the speaking panel to draw people and encourage their firms to repost. Jennifer Winn, Morgan & Morgan Kendra Goldhirsch, Chaffin Luhana Sindu Daniel, Scott + Scott Ava Cavaco, Nigh Goldenberg Raso & Vaughn Clinton Richardson and Aigner Kolom, Beasley Allen Joel Caldwell, Cory Watson, P.C. Brooke Hodge, EisnerAmper Shery Ramezanian, LitPRO LLC Ruth Rizkalla, Carlson Law Firm Michael Kelley, Parker Poe Phong-Chau G. Nguyen and Nimish R. Desai, Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP Elizabeth Tran Castillo, Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy LLP Kimberly Perkins, Perkins Trial Lawyers, LLC Maria Fleming, Napoli Shkolnik PLLC EricaRae Garcia, Weitz & Luxenberg Roland Tellis, Baron & Budd Deepak Gupta, Gupta Wessler
@Adrienne Hester we can't do this in all ads, the list of too long. We will highlight "Fu, Ben, Navan Ward, Larry, and Greg Cade"
@Cameron Rentch I didn't think so. I was providing all the information I could.
ok just let them know please and thank you
@Cameron Rentch Emailing Larry's video now.
thank you
@Cameron Rentch I'm emailing you two more videos from Larry Taylor.
