Hello, yes. I had a ASAP message from Cameron after that meeting and then another meeting at 2 to hop into. They confirmed that if we only have the last 4 of the SSN, that there should be 5 0s in front so that it will be 9 digits.
so pass all 9 but if we only have 4 make sure there are 0s before it
I believe it should not be an issue with this form since we are only collecting it in the SSN field which requires 9 digits so the agents input 0s already. In some of our cases, we have a textbox for just the last 4. If that were the case, we would have to add 5 0s in front of that field for it to populate in their system properly

If they say military, it's the military case type, if they say civilian, it's the non-military case type

Yes, they can have civilian only exposure and still serve, but we don't need their military records in that case. We only need the military records to prove exposure in the service
We have had clients who served and were not exposed in the military and were only exposed as civilians before in other AFFF case types

Yeah. We use QA if someone changes the status out of Final to no retrigger the email to the firm. Those may have been changed before your integration was completed.

We had our meeting today and Ashley mentioned that there were some issues with the cases coming over in the correct case type and we clarified with the firm what to do if someone served in the military but was not exposed in the military
I just didn't want to type a long message if you were gone for the day
Ashley at Case Works said that they had some cases come over with the integration that went into the wrong case type. How are you determining if the client is passed over as military or non-military?

The non-military clients came through fine, and those we just put a note on that they also did serve but it was unrelated to their AFFF exposure.
I don't know what happened with those. I am reviewing the answers for Jacky Griffin and it does have "Civilian" as the response for that question

Hello! I had my meeting with CaseWorks earlier today. They asked me to do a reconciliation of their client list and ours. I just finished it. I have 4 clients that are missing from their list that were finalized in the past and I have 1 client that was just finalized today and may have been sent over, depending on if it was before or after they pulled their reports for me. What information do you need from me aside from Lead ID to check if these 5 have posted over to their system?

Those were the lead IDs. One was from 5/15 and one was from 5/13. Both bounced because phone and email were blank but they were filled out in LR before it was finalized. Dustin told me to retrigger all of them and then you guys would check the logs afterwards to confirm

ok yeah i see that. the AFFFs can be re-triggered however the AFFF-PFAS does not have an integration currently
