Can we have a meeting to revisit automatically creating the secondary profile when the intake is finalized? I remember hearing that the API limit was increased, so I want to see if it's possible to do this now. It will save Alan the time he spends manually making the profiles and it will save my team time on having to match and reconcile between intakes and secondaries.

Sure. @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG I did already have an automation that does that for Chowchilla. I can build it

@deleted-U055HQT39PC What do you need to expand this to the other campaigns? Does your automation also post the lead IDs for intake and secondary in the vitals of both profiles? @Dustin Surwill How can we ensure this doesn't affect the number of API calls?

Yes, I built this with Branden from Law Ruler. It runs through Zapier, so it posts out and then posts back in. It's done with buttons or dropdown responses

If the leads are created the same way leadspedia does it then there is no API limits to worry about.

@deleted-U055HQT39PC Do you use an API call or does it work the same was as Leadspedia?

Do you need a list of intakes paired with secondaries?

For case types?

Yes, I would. I don't know them off the top of my head but most should be named with some consistency now

@here Can you guys give me a list of things you need in the secondary? First Name: TEST FN Last Name: TEST LN Cell Phone: Email: anthony@tortintakeprofessionals.com Address Line 1: 123 Main St APT A Address Line 2: Apt A City: Las Vegas State: NV Zip: 12345 DOB: 01/01/1969 SSN: 123-45-6789 Lead ID: 412824 This is what I have right now. I'm going to switch it from button triggers to status triggers, so if it goes into FINAL it will trigger a webhook. That webhook will send whatever info from the intake to Zapier. I'll use code in Zapier to translate what secondary case type should be created based off the intake case type. That will send it back to Law Ruler and create the secondary lead id with the info above. I can also have it grab the lead id from the new SEC and post it back into the original intake form.

I need to create the table that says X case type goes to Y SEC. When I get that list, I can roll this out.

Example: 801114 created 801122

Thank you.
