Looks like a new campaign but it doesn't show it as open or closed on the Monday board.

The only steps left to have it open / go live would be to post it into the Case criteria chat. So my guess everything is ready for it but they forgot to change the Monday status from "working on it" to "done" which would put it live

Yes sorry for late reply ; what dates? If going way back to when it first was in LR we have 188 for Signed e-Sign Final and 1 for Signed e-Sign QA which is a total of 189 (I ran the report from all times)

@Greg Owen Good morning. I am working on your automation however I am having a bit difficulty trying to figure out the exact case type names that you are using. The list you gave me above doesn't seem to match (The names) to what is shown in LR. Here is the sheet that I am working on as an example:

Column A is the list you gave me and column B is what they named in Law ruler. Once found (the name in Law ruler) I am able to find the ID # which is used to pull the reports

I know they change case type names all the time but not sure if you have a list of them where it is their actual case type names based on law ruler
