My thought on the reporting program/policy is: Roll out today (now) Let them work with the reporting forms etc for today & Friday to work out any bugs, questions etc Begin formal reporting requirement on Monday March 11 Track for a week or two to make sure everything works Then start the reporting for bonus program formally on April 1 (beginning of Q2 2024) Good?

I would like to start tracking for the bonuses starting March one because that’s what I told them we would do if they don’t put the information in there correctly then they know they’re not going to get any kind of bonus you do need to put in the documentation that it’s not just them submitting it. It needs to be verified that it has been submitted properly by the law firm, and we will reconcile with the law firms every week.
