Also an added component to sell the idea -- a lot of the on the ground implementation or "auditing" only can occur by doing it. i am constantly finding errors on templates or other things for projects because I still very much "do" the VSS role. :)

also it may not be applicable due to your role but i think redacting law firms names (competitors) and if the abuser was identified by name is a good way to go in terms of internal notes for decline. i just know Cam has always been discreet about certain things so if its different in ur role totally understood. =]
