Hair relaxers is released. The feedback we received is as follows: Shield's ad account was suspended because it has a large number of user reports, mainly due to the use of AI-generated content. People tend to not trust this kind of content when promoting legal services. The account is now unblocked as there were no violations.

I’m trying to understand why it got suspended without a warning. Will update

Unfortunately, we are keep getting rejections that hinder our potential with evolving torts. Such as Hair Relaxers and now also NEC. This could include misleading statements about vaccines, inaccurate medical advice that discourages people from getting appropriate medical care, or other misinformation that poses a risk to public health While we are 100% accurate https://www.lawsuit-information-center.com/nec-baby-formula-lawsuits.html • This ad has been rejected because the ad creative or landing page features AIGC and portrays a real person saying something they did not say. While we always toggle the AI button

We need to address this as soon as possible please.
