Of note, there is no base pay increases and we do not want to discuss your compensation with anyone but you, nor group you and Brett into a bucket. We are investing heavily and providing resources, people, and systems to better support TIP and take some items off of your plate (some may take time). This has resulted in really significant overhead. In order to support this, we need to really focus on increasing performance and maximizing the amount of people in the office from 6am-8pm.
We both want the evenings and weekends to be a primary focus. We want to target 100 contracts daily Fri/Sat Sun and 30 contracts daily AFTER 430pm. These will also be areas we will provide discretionary bonuses for and likely build something in to the plan that has these as focus areas.
Let me know if you want to discuss. Just FYI Marc is our of the country for next 10 days so I wanted to get something in place before he left.

also, here is some narrative from a email exchange from them to clarify some points...
The most important part of the criteria is a confirmed NEC diagnosis. We’ve had a lot of cases fall out where the parent told us their child was diagnosed with NEC, but once we obtain the medical records it turns out the child just had stomach issues and not NEC. There have also been some rare cases where NEC is easily resolved with no long term effects. We want to know if any of the injuries on the list below were a result of NEC as opposed to being an unrelated condition. Ongoing GI or other bowel conditions could include Short Gut Syndrome, chronic diarrhea, incontinence, or chronic stomach pain leading to difficulty eating and therefore the ability to thrive and grow. “Other serious or long-lasting injuries” is on the criteria because theoretically there could be other injuries not captured on the list.
Bottom line is that the child must have been diagnosed with NEC and have suffered some serious long-term effects due to NEC.
The other important part of the criteria is that the NEC diagnosis must have occurred prior to when the child would’ve reached 37 weeks gestational age if the child had not been born prematurely. For example, a child born at 30 weeks will qualify if the NEC diagnosis occurred in the next 6 weeks after the child was born. On the other hand, a child born at 34 weeks and diagnosed with NEC 4 weeks later (i.e. at 38 weeks gestational age) will not qualify. For this reason, it is crucial that you provide us with fairly exact dates of formula usage and diagnosis, as well as the gestational age at birth and the original expected due date.
