@Cameron Rentch We have reviewed the CPAP declines. I have attached a sheet with more detailed information. The first two tabs are most important.

QA Signed and Declined - We are showing 139 Signed & Declined clients. DL has 110 clients marked as declined by us in their report. One of the ones they have marked as us declining is in final status (first tab of sheet for details). They are missing 21 of our declines that need to be updated on their end (second tab of sheet for details). 10 of the clients whose rejection reasons equate to a billable declined by firm status are marked as Signed & Declined. I am not sure if these are supposed to be Signed & Declined to minimize fallout or some other special circumstance, but I have included them for your review (first tab for details)

Law Firm Declined Clients - We are showing 190, DL is showing 179. One of the clients DL has closed for a billable reason is marked as Opt Out on our end. With the 10 clients who are marked as Signed & Declined but have rejection reasons from DL that place them in the billable category, this will match. Separately, we have 10 other clients who are marked as billable declined by firm who are currently showing Open status for DL (second tab for details). At one point in time, all of these clients were in a closed or rejected status and we updated our status accordingly. I will reach out for clarification on the correct status for these 10. If they are rejections and the ones in signed & declined are updated to billable, we will have 200 Law Firm Declined Clients in total.

Signed e-Sign Client OPT OUT - We are showing 4, DL is showing 4 also. One of the DL cases is in a billable declined by firm status. We will update. One of our opt outs is marked as open in DL's system, but they have notes saying it needs to be rejected due to opt out (second tab for more details).

I will be sending a detailed email to Abe with which clients should be updated on their end and any that we need to clarify the status of. I will include you in this email when I send it.
