Good morning everyone

In an effort to ensure we are aware of the current status and can update our systems accordingly and provide required updates to DiCello Levitt and Flatirons Law Group, we have attached a report that lists all signed claimants, original e-sign date, PFS completion dates, and ACTS Case number.

We have added columns I-L and request that your staff please update the sheet as follows:

Column I = select is the case is "Open or Closed" Column J = if the case is Closed, please provide specific reason for closing Column K = select If the PFS has been "signed" (yes or no) Column L = select if the claimant has signed the settlement release (yes or no)

We would also ask that this sheet be updated weekly, so we can stay in sync with each claimant status.

@Cameron Rentch Update on Phoenix Staffing We have hired four Victim Support Specialists (VSS), who will begin on September 8 and September 15. Kimberly Taylor, the Phoenix Post-Acquisition Manager, will be in Las Vegas from Monday, August 25 through Friday, August 29. During her visit, we will focus on training her in CSP and VSS departmental protocols and procedures. In Phoenix, we will be launching CSP advertisements on Monday, with virtual interviews scheduled throughout the week. In-person final interviews are planned for the first week of September during my time in Phoenix. Recruitment for VSS positions is ongoing in both Las Vegas and Phoenix, following the same process of screening and inviting qualified candidates for in-person interviews. For the Phoenix launch, I have provided the workstation and equipment map to Joe and the IT team. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me directly. I take the hiring process very seriously, as I firmly believe that no matter how strong our leadership may be, hiring the wrong people makes success a much tougher road.

@Cameron Rentch FYI These are the last two weeks for MRT Tracking. WE 8-22 average per rep per day was 23.6 records requested. For the 4 days of WE 8-29 we are currently at 28.9 requests average per rep per day. I want have a quick private conversation after our MRT meeting today.
