@Ahsan @Dwight Thomas Wagstaff is telling me that there is a character limit for the decline reasoning field (custom809) of 150. Check to see if that is causing any problems with the tests for Paraquat and NEC. I was able to post a successful decline for Paraquat via Postman and worst case we do declines manually but send another set of tests.
*Thread Reply:* @Nicholas McFadden I am trying to find that excel/spreadsheet output of the field being concatenated. I believe it was a screenshot you shared with us. That concatenated field used the field id appended with a string. So it makes sense the field exceeds a 150 character limit.

Certain Exceptions to note:
• Campaigns with "Numbered" names have been reduced down to a single Vertical.
◦ Examples: Paraquat: Paraquat 5, Paraquat 8 ect.., Tylenol Autism: Tylenol Austism 2, Tylenol Autism, ect...
• Especially large Verticals have been simplified into the primary..
◦ Ex: NEC, Fire Fighting Foam, Chowchilla,
◦ Ex: "Chowchilla" encapsulates Chowchilla, Chowchilla Abuse, Chowchilla Womens Prison Abuse, ect...
• Juv Hall, Juvenile Hall, Juv Hall Abuse, ect.... have all been reduced to a a single vertical per locality when locality is available.

• Verticals have been created for campaigns where differences could be considered ambiguous through naming conventions.

Yes you can use the layouts you made for each one and then combine them on one sheet but the Q&As will be different so do not include them
or make a layout that just has the basic fields but you can add all of those case types

actually this is a good project for you new guys to work on. I would like you to use that to give me a report of the count by case type of "client opt out" and "signed e-sign client opt out" leads. It just now sent me the test report with only 1 case type
So I re-generated it and threw your email on there. I don't have a good guess as to when it will get the full report generated, but it seems to be taking longer than usual. @Dustin Surwill is taxing lawrulers system pretty heavy right with a test of his automation process
Excel with graphs will do but see what additional insights yall can find out. I asked for the owner and assigned person field earlier because I was wanting to see if the agent who completed the call is actually in that field and see if there was a common agent who is having more opt outs than most agents. Get creative and show me what you guys can put together in regards to what our client opt out situation is for flatirons and if there are any anomalies, what could be the potential causes. I would like to see what you guys can produce, I have already given a few ideas. Being able to investigate, analyze, and report will be something expected of all of you, this is just an example of some investigation needed by Cam. Send me your report by 10am tomorrow so I can review it. Then we will review with Alan/Brittany's team so that we can report our findings to Cameron.

*Thread Reply:* @Daniel Schussler should only be when the lead says they don’t want to continue. If it was creating leads in that status I think we would see a larger percentage of the leads in an opt out status .
*Thread Reply:* I like the created date line graphs but if you can do a layered one with all statuses as one line, opt outs as one line and non-opt out statuses as one other line that would be good to see if there was spike in volume not attributed to seasonality. If you can't have it as one graph just make 3 separate for each to review
Cam is going to want to know if there are any trends in intake, vss/csp, or PD agents. They are going to want to target them for retraining if that is the case. If assignee/owner didn't tell us who the agent was then think of other ways to get this info. Just don't look at this in a vacuum of stats. What does it mean in the context of the business? What can we do to improve not only the reporting but this situation?
Did you get this from the Law Ruler report? Make sure that this was the actual agent who made or reviewed the lead. Are they still an employee?
Yeah James, Zek, and I are working on the report and within some of the data , we saw that leads were 7x more likely to opt out with this agent. Though that info seems missleading as their volume is smaller. could be just random.

@here Wagstaff can't start the NEC campaign until we can successfully post. Everyone is now waiting on us and they want to start next week. If we can't get this figured out we be responsible for manually sending everything. I am going to have @Daniel Schussler be the point of contact with Hillel at Wagstaff but I need @Ahsan @Dwight Thomas @Dustin Surwill to step in and figure this out with Hillel. I was able to make a successful decline post and we now know there is a 150 character limit on the decline reasoning.
Zek is pulling number of intake questions on each one- We spoke to Sunny about getting more info about who touches each lead and when they are changed to opt out, and heard back that unless it's filled it would have to be manually pulled from lawruler activity log per lead.. I also spoke to Jennifer Rose (new intake sup, we bonded during onboarding together) and she isn't sure of a way either but is checking with someone currently. Going about other methods now-

I want to be able to start projecting how long it is going to take us to get through all of the conversions. Make sure we do a round of follow up communication with the client. Looking to gain a better understanding:
While looking over the VGA re-triggered report I noticed that the 'No Name Found' reports seem to come in blocks, and we do not any slack notification as to if they are successful or if they fail- does this mean that leads were lost in transit somewhere, that it was a bounce back error, something else or a combo??
Because they come in blocks, I would believe it's data packets lost in transit but that seems odd if all of this is sent over TCP
it most likely means that MPA never triggered that lead. could be gmail quotas or lawruler bug
And for the block of [name found] & [no SA ID], & the status saying starting.. Is that like an initializing failure?
Also- I was doing a bit of digging on how to see if data transfers over API are successful and I saw the 200 codes you were talking about.. for these ones where the json was going through, but the documents were not- were we still getting 200s back?
For the ones that need to be re-mapped, do we have our intake questions and the field name we are matching to?

I made some big tweaks to my attempt to make a semi-automatic mapping tool..
Rather than using a Token Sorting Ratio to score it, I used an open source language model that reads the value as a whole sentence and uses the context of the rest of the document to find not just the best match letter for letter for mapping, but actually attempts to determine the meaning between the two lists!
A good example is Line 10- despite a different sentence structure, different verbage, and even acronyms being a part of it, it was able to identify that
Were you sexually abused by a PO/CO or Facility Staff? (MUST BE YES) and Were you sexually abused by an officer, guard, or warden while at this Juvenile Hall? (MUST BE YES)
belongs together!
-- All you gotta do, is copy paste the intake questions and questions we are mapping to.. and it does the hard part for us, so we just need to run through, fact check it, and associate the C-ID to the question. (In theory, I could add that on but wanted to make sure it worked first)

I also want to reiterate that this is an especially big push week so I am expecting that you all are working in the evenings. My expectation is that ALL of the MPA mappings are completed by tomorrow at the very least. We have the other mappings still to do and I have other projects I could use help with so no one should have down time. This month is going to be a ton of work for us all but once we get through it, things will get a lot better. We have to have everything built out, convert everything to the new system, tested, and gone live with all integrations by the end of October. Question..., is anyone deleting Law Ruler Campaigns? The Webhook for Chowchilla Womens Prison Abuse - ACTS - ACTS (TIP) - Shield Legal is no longer in the Automation Campaigns menu.
For confirming what flows we have exported @Dwight Thomas I have been using the email subject header from the mpa flow to find the automation from law rule and then using the casetype from the LR automation to get the lawrule casetype id. Once dustin flips column L to deployed we can turn the flow off. As flows turn off we can use that to audit and confirm all flows have been exported and what is still active in mpa.
We are turning them off…, but not deleting the campaigns.
@Dwight Thomas correct once its gcp function equivalent is deployed. So that way the client doesn't get impacted while we do this migration
in the deinition file from the export search for "subject": " insert the email header/wildcard" to find the email trigger. I havent found a not tedious way to do this audit of the flow export.

@Ahsan Here is the code, docs and logs for SA concurrency testing. The log.txt should be the only log you need but it also dumped a concurrent_log.json and sequential_log.json. There is a 5 second sleep between the 2 functions. The only library you need to run main.py is requests. Sequential took 5 seconds and concurrent took 0.7 seconds. They all resolved to the same error. This is not a concurrency issue, in fact in sending 17 files (10 threads), I did not see any issues/warnings/limits on concurrency. This proves that the {\"Error:\":\"Index was outside the bounds of the array.\"} is on their side. The other error {\"Error:\":\"Nullable object must have a value.\"} is something we should probably put on a retry since it got a 200 instead of 500.
@Dwight Thomas For the intake_1760 mapping, the issue is the case of the values. Currently they are Contact/FirstName and Contact/LastName. They need to be Contact/Firstname and Contact/Lastname. The difference is the N for name . When you fix this can also double check the other miller campaigns?

So here is the response I got from Ashwin from ACTS related to why certain fields are not being filled:
It seems that the integration is pushing data to the **Case Type UDFs**, but not to the **Case Group UDFs**. Certain questions specific to the Case Type were successfully pushed through, but the general questions—such as **ABUSER-NAME**, or **REPPED-BY-OTHER** which are not in the Case Type UDFs but exist in the Case Group UDFs—were not pushed through. Is there a way for the system to distinguish between the two?

I checked the mappings for the VGA cases. The mapping is correct. Checked one payload so far 629052. That payload did not have a co counsel listed. Will dig further but all other issue they stated in the meeting are not on the integration pipeline since the data is going over. Likely Sa or Intake issue, should confirm tomorrow morning.

Meadows main complaints: • data not correctly populating SA ◦ example injured party name same as signer, example was 629052 ◦ Co Counsel not populating, gave SA id 250006, shield ids 629052 , 628646 ◦ suffix not appearing correctly in SA • Wanted daily report of leads sent in to SA. • Want Sign & Decline Findings: • data not populating because intake didnt fill out the right fields, example 628646, signer info not field out, link to screenshot and PD did not catch QA issue or let lead clear QA • Co Counsel fix implemented 11-19-24, for BC VGA and Levinson, leads sent prior were not resent so prevent duplication. Lead sent post 11-19 had co counsel. Multiple previous test sends showed no co counsel which meadow did not flag as an issue, since initial campaigns were levinson and Ghozland. Ghozland had the co counsel key value filed hard coded. Any leads not having that appear were tbd as Levinson. • Miscoms for daily report. Initial was just a audit we ran to confirm no failed sends and to let Meadow know if a send failed. Copy of audit log was not specifically asked for. • Sign & Decline have to be added into payload, still to do.

Hey @Malissa, I was checking some logging for our test leads into meadows system for VGA and discovered they turned off our account. This is a problem because we will not be able to send the secondary interviews at all. If and when you get a chance to talk to Becker, please mention to him to turn our account back to active so we can be ready to send the secondary's when Becker finishes their end of the remapping.

However, we do have a bottleneck on executing the backfill after the tests are approved. It will take us approximately ~12-15hrs to get all 900 leads sent over. We will need to do the bulk of this overnight but as it spills into the next day it will slow down due our normal daily activities. Therefore if we don't encounter any issues I believe we can get this completed within 48-72hrs.

So it appears that LA Wildfires - ACTS - ACTS - Shield Legal was rushed in the development of the Law Ruler campaigns and "possibly" no one sought input from ACTS when this campaign was originally created. I have sent them a copy of the API Documentation previously, but yesterday's email was a response to that and almost all of the questions we currently have in Law Ruler are not accounted for by ACTS in Smart Advocate.

@Malissa The challenge isn't knowing the fee split (most of the time). Its fairly obvious from the campaign names. The issue is the campaign name, that may say FlatIrons 50 in Law Ruler, corresponds a record in DiCello Levitt Litify, that may or may not say FlatIrons 50. We need DiCello Levitt to create them and send us the Id. Example: a4CVT000000ogaL2AQ Sometimes the record doesn't yet exist in DL Litify (latest example is Instant Soup Cup Child Burns). And since it doesn't exist, DL paralegals have referenced the wrong one on the 16 child matters they have set up. I've reached out to get it resolved
