We are looking to send the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number to them. We are going to send the Law Ruler events for those leads too but that shouldn't matter. The main question is if sending the PII (First and Last Name, Email, and Phone) would be an issue.

They will use it to find a match to their current users. Then they will create a "lookalike demographic profile" that their ML algorithm will optimize to find other TT users with similar "lookalike" demographics/profiles. They will look to display our ads most likely to those within their network "Friends/followers" and those who share similar content preferences.

For example, if the user likes a lot of dog videos and lives in LA then they might target other people in LA that like similar dog posts.

There is not a defined "Paraquat" demographic so they are trying to use ML to bucket people into similar groups and see if other people interested in Paraquat are in those buckets. Each time the find one they add in their info to try to create a "Paraquat" profile but obviously this is not perfect so the more examples the better to determine what, if anything, helps find those interested in "Paraquat" most likely wont be a direct correlation

you will see ML/AI a lot which means Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence. I would say to the public they are interchangeable because components are applicable but can be defined separately
