Got it @Adrienne Hester, thanks. So please order the setup from LaToya and Kelly to draft based on the links Uzi sent in his email for background on case. We want Kelly to create the 3-Pack (What We Know Now, Why Come Forward, Compensation). Just ask Korbin in the post to give work with Kelly on confirm the 3 keywords for the 3 pages (one per page, eg. Eli Lilly Insulin Class Action Lawsuit for page 1, Eli Lilly Insulin Attorney is KW for page 2, etc.). Kelly and Korbin should be able to research and indentify the most strategic in-market search phrases that consumers are actually searching so we "rank for relevant traffic" on each page.

Then in our status we can simply say, "Insulin Class Action" campaign is getting drafted for the 14th due date. Knowing the timing on the docs from Jon will help us manage the completion request date to client expectations.

@Adrienne Hester from the BCL team, Desiree creates the intake questionnaires, but she gets the criteria from the litigating firm the Jon Wright mentioned. If Desiree cannot give us anything beyond the basic contact and "are you represented by an attorney" fields, maybe she can setup the form with the fields, get the page crafted, get the tracking setup and send URL to Korbin while we wait. That way, once the Intake Questionnaire / Retianer / Criteria / Disclosures come over, we just need to get those form-fields from intake questionnaire to her, she can then setup form, leadspedia, CTM and we can order the "intake template" from TIP.

Then we will be faster at the point where BCL is "waiting on us" while we "wait on them now". Cool?

  1. We made sure they were aware of GMB inquiries.
  2. He transferred the Spanish site to us, which he no longer needs since we can add a Site Translation Plugin. This solution removes hosting, managing, and needing a translator for the Spanish website.
  3. Mike Everhart assisted N8 Solutions with DNS records. That interaction could have gone better. Brian Johnson, the infrastructure admin, was the problem.
