We should talk about Meadow VGA at some point tomorrow. I need some help with determining when there is only a injured party (self signer) on the lead. Also I think most of the leads will not have the new questions (split out, such as signer first & last name) filled out. We will need to make a plan for those sorts of questions to ensure that Meadow gets all the data in the next backfill
