I updated rev rates for case types table to remove all $2 talk time and made all Shield RET from 5/01/2025 with effective date 08/01/2025 to $236 for Shield and Flatirons.

This is effective for August. I’ll monitor impact to bottom line.

@Malissa , please ensure all new case types are priced at $236 retainer contract rate and $0 for talk time rate.

@James Turner, however Looker Enterprise DEV dash still shows fees for some, so when you validate please get the dash to update. Maybe some of these case types are older and still have $2??

That $8815 should be zero.

@Malissa When you are going back and changing the pricing for those campaigns, please confirm if those two campaigns should have their talk time rate set to 0 as well

Perfect! Maybe we build a quick SQL table to validate this in a Diagnostics dashboard James, seems like that is becoming a necessity. 🙂

We could make a very simple table on Looker Enterprise that just has a filter where talk time fee > 0, and tie that to our existing financial data sets.

The less overall pipelines, the more simple we can make our architecture, the more reliable everything will be!

Currently backlogged on a few other projects, but I'll add that to the validation project.
