Hey, does 10AM work for you tomorrow to talk Integrations? If not, I can make some time whenever you are able tomorrow or Monday.
Hey Ryan, hope the London visit has gone well. Wanted to give you a heads up that I have Law Ruler writing an SOW for a change that will get us in the right place to have all case type naming conventions match your method for financials and what not. Should have more detail Monday!
Just had to sprint the entire second terminal at Chicago, I think my heart is about to fall out of my chest
Must be ORD, that place is always a challenge
Hey @Ryan, I know your Slack says you're busy, but do you know who knows Python around here besides Ahsan? Looking for another set of eyes on a bug.
Besides Nick McFadden, only our person is Maryland based data scientist knows python. Put me, him and you only in a DM. He will and cannot become the troubleshooter, the IT support guy because he is building some stuff that I need his full attention on per Cameron and Marc.
Ok, thanks. Let me hold off for now and try another path and keep that as a last resort.
I got Bailey Glasser on the phone and they aren't upset if this takes a little longer today
@Nick Ward, can we push our naming meeting to next week, sent you reschedule in Google Cal
Hey @Ryan, I'm not going to make the Tech call right now, but here is the latest on Five9... • Integration of leads is confirmed complete as of 11/11; Leadspedia pings Law Ruler to create lead IDs and contact card, then within 3 min we have the lead generated in Five9 for priority dialing! ◦ LR owns the API too, so they are responsible and will own this for us with new campaigns as well; we'll bundle campaign submissions to control the cost of adding them to the API ($250 per bundle) and they will complete within 1 hr • UAT has been delayed due to the office move; now targeting week of Thanksgiving • Training of Supervisors is complete and UAT agents are next
Hey @Ryan if you have a few minutes, give me a call regarding Integrations.
For context on the task push to the others this morning... Dustin, McFadden and the Integrations team is back-sliding lately and they aren't doing a good job of communicating with clients and vendors. I'm trying to force the issue with them to step it up on this type of thing. They like to use me for the comms, but as I step away from Integrations, they are still being clingy.
I understand, I just know that guys like Nick McFadden need to be off of the tip side of things per Cameron, Dustin is just not a full customer touching type engineer, that’s why I suggested we put Malissa in that role. So if you can justensure that Malissa is teaming up with Dustin a bit more, that’ll just ensure we all don’t get pulled into a meeting and yelled at.
The root cause is a failed Shield integration here though. And Dustin already pulled all of this yesterday, then failed to send it all as I discussed with him when it was addressed. I see this as an ask to validate appropriate leads that should have been sent via API. Even if I pull and send the finals from Law Ruler, it will require Integrations to go back and QA their work. Am I wrong on this?
Dustin told me it was because they put statuses and things that weren’t ready and then they got triggered and then they moved him back and then got them ready and put them back and then it sent dupes. Sounds like the PD department had a process failure from my understanding.
What is your current ASA departmental headcount @Nick Ward @deleted-U06VDQGHZLL? Need ASAP please, if you have a sheet of everyone, that would be great.
For Marc, me and Tony
Apologies, I was out and unavailable yesterday. There are only 5 folks on that roster.
There more, I meant all of post retainer services
This team used to be 10, but has shrunk to 5 over the last 45 days.
Are you also referring to VSS and CSP in Alan and Tim's area? I can get that...
Hey @Ryan, hope things are going well. Got a note about Carter at AWD not being able to access his Looker Studio. I don't know who would have set this up and can fix it. I checked with James and Dustin and they don't seem to know either. Thoughts?
*Thread Reply:* @Nick Ward, send this to Zek and me, he will check. Let us know the Case Type / Tort Type
@Nick Ward, send this to Zek so he can look up with Case Type
will do, thanks
No we do not Nick
Hey @Ryan,was just chatting with Carter on the side here. Not a question for the call in real-time, but he's curious about whether or not Domo has been considered to manage data at any level?
I have used it and it's just a Looker Enterprise competitor. It's great but I find PowerBI, Looker, Domo and others relatively ubiquitous and similar. Is there a specific use case for it he has in mind? I'm always open to discussion but on the SL side we have 140 pages of Looker Enterprise already in production.
I think you, me, and Carter should meet while you are in town next week. Would be great to make sure all the Sphere and other things are aligned. I'm sure his mind is going a lot of directions in his first few weeks haha
Let’s do it for sure. Setup for Tuesday please.
I'm looking at a Law Ruler service agreement from 5/28/21 with you and Tony on it as the potential signers. Do you recall if this was the final agreement that was signed? (There isn't a signature on the copy I'm looking at.)
and would you know if another agreement with updates would have been signed since?
I'll check in with Al and Rose as well
All good, thanks. I know Tony is the active signer here, so it was probably just him.
@Nick Ward can you join? https://meet.google.com/jhd-rgbj-eai?authuser=0
Is James around? Have a meeting with him now, don't see him on Slack.
He called out sick today. He didn't sound well.
Sorry, I meant to send a note out to everyone.
