Wanted to bring this email back to the surface. Of these “feature requests” I think there is a simple way for us to use your Status Categories as a way to allow Users (that we deem as call agents only) to not be allowed to change a case-file in LawRuler’s status based on the category we assign them (e.g. Clients - Billable). Could you setup a call with me, Damon and your team to discuss?
Can we make sure this lead is called?
