Sir- here are the proposed Schedule Options:

  1. Mimic the intake department: a. M-T – 6am- 7:00pm b. F – 6am – 4:30pm c. Sat/Sun – 8:00_4:30
  2. Add one hour to evening coverage during the week: a. M-T – 6am- 8:00pm b. F – 6am – 5:30pm c. Sat/Sun – 8:00_4:30
  3. Present Schedule a. M-F 6am-6pm b. No weekends Note: We have about 3 or 4 volunteers who have expressed a desire to pick up a weekend shift, and a potential weekend supervisor.

Also- yesterday you mentioned cases on a 'benchmark list' that had not been touched- could you let me know which list you are referring to so I can get on those cases? Thank you very much in advance.

Thanks for the above proposed schedule. We need to talk about how many people can work each of these shifts and how many can work weekends. Then we can implement accordingly.
