hey guys. I have all the code done that I could do for the tt forms project. I'm to the point where we need to determine how to update the forms to include the tt event id (currently the forms only pass in the tt lead id, but tt's docs say it needs to be the event id)
good morning gents. hope everyone had a good weekend. I was digging into the tt stuff this weekend, and I believe I've found a way to do it so that the media buyers don't have to do anything differently on their forms OR go back over their old forms to add the tt id and everything. all I need is 4 pieces of info from the media buyers, and I can get the rest by backing the LP lead to a vertical and media buyer. could we get some time scheduled for me to do a screenshare with the MBs and show then how to set everything up, and get me the data I need?

the logs show that all the leads from yesterday didn't have a tt id.

I just pulled up 10 random leads from the logs, and none of them have a lp_s5 value

ok now click on tracking info and see that s5 is blank
so now you need to fogure out why it did not fire in the event in the ad account
the data is IN leadspedai clearly passing though to the Tik Tok ID field, but NOT to the s5 field, so you need to figure out why, and make sure this gets fixed. I am not the tech guy here 😉

it's arguable if they even need the phone and email, since they can back data to the tt lead id
but we have the data, so not an issue to pass it to them

@Mike @Ryan I had a longer talk with Itay and team at Tik Tok. He explained to me that we should set up and pass other statuses from lawruler; declined, unable to reach, basically everything we can so that the system can learn all events. We can then USE each event to tell the system to target certain events and to NOT target others. Essentially the system learns to funnel. Let’s discuss this.
Next up. We want to do this on ALL Nitido Facebook accounts asap.

I want you guys to document this video recording and translate, step-by-step instructions for Media Buyer moving forward. This is taking way too long to get somebody up on traffic.
I also want you guys connected in each of the buyers accounts so that you can do this directly for new media buyers and show them how to do it LARK team can get you added into each account in TikTok. Due to sensitivity issues.

There was 1 account that still didn't have the CRM event (I've already told TT on lark)... but I tried the trick of changing the URL to get to the crm event and by all accounts it appeared to have worked! I'll wait to hear back from TT to confirm or deny if it did actually work

just in the last day we've had 10 form integration requests, 4 pixels, and 4 servers/websites that are all high priority. I've got Dwight bouncing between 3 integrations to the point of whiplash just to keep clients pacified. I'm seriously struggling just to keep my head above water man.

@Ryan we already decided they do not do negative events just positive get those integrated so that we can track the sign contracts just like we do in tick-tock very simple very straightforward. They should not be anything that takes an exorbitant amount amount of time they will put people on it on their end and engineers to make sure it happens and helps.

@Cameron Rentch, update on the TT Conversion App. After serious Leadspedia to LawRuler to TikTok log digging, we confirmed that LawRuler is not firing our TikTok Postback Automation consistenly. We are attempting to fix this by creating three automations for each stage of our basic funnel with TikTok. We'll monitor this today to watch Intuits come over and send all three emails to Mike's app, so we'll know tomorrow how to validate what got sent versus what is failing in LawRuler. Good news is, Mike's app is working.
@Mike, GOOD NEWS. The 3 automations is definitely working now. And Intuit CP in TT had about six more events listed "as listed in LawRuler" verbatim, so we can clean up funnels with MBs tomorrow.
@Ryan awesome. I still think it might be worth contacting LR to see why it won't fire the automation multiple times.. if we could do it that way it would be so much easier to manage everything under one automation instead of having 30 individual ones lol

@Mike , create a fourth just with Contact Attemtped and Signed e-Sign Final and have that box blue. I made the old one the Qualifications version. That will let you test it.

I'll keep checking MB's funnel setups if you have them tell me when they've set one up. Once they hit 250, and confirm their Funnel Setup and create a new Lead Gen > Conversion Lead campaign, you can have the scale up.
Mike and I will get started on FB e-Sign CRM Events immediately next week after Mike's PTO Monday.

@Ryan good morning. just wanted to touch base and let you know I've about got my looker studio dashboard ready for the fb/tt crm event postbacks. aside from basic stats, it also logs any instances where an MB or their crm event isn't setup, so it's much easier to track down who we need info from

@Mike I think you are missing the above email strings. What you and ryan asked for originally is not what we need we’re not spending $30,000 plus with them. There’s no need for it please re-read my emails above to make sure you understand that’s probably why they’re not replying because we’re not getting any $

I did read them, and interpreted it as they were supposed to be redoing the contract. the last email in the thread (from Ryan) even ended in "I am glad to discuss this with your CEO as well. But look forward to the updated contract.". I don't want to overstep, so going forward I won't be proactive with things like this until we discuss it first
That is correct, this is how it went on the original sales call. The last question the sales rep asked me and Mike is do we want the retain, withholding the fact there was more cost associated and never told us about the standard 90 days. They acted in bad faith. Once the contract came, I asked why more and they told me because its required to keep the certs. Again failing to operate in good faith on the real policy.
@here is the moment in the kickoff call where I discuss with Natasia about the contract confusion and getting it explained or corrected from June 7th.
This is Ryan. Natasha, my only confusion on this is the first quote we got was just 2500. And then at the very end, Kelly, I think her name was asked, kind of slipped in a question to me and Mike, which was, and you're going to want the trusted form retained. And so I was just confused because I thought the whole thing was 2500 because that's what I went to my partner and CEO Cameron and said, hey, you approved this? He said, yeah. And then it came back and it's doubled cost. And that's why he had sent an email going, I'm a little confused of what I'm getting. And so I just need to, you know, maybe have you take this page here and send it to me, Mike, and just Cameron, and I'll send you his email.
@Mike @Ryan SUPER critical issues here. We can not operate like this. We are looking like amateurs guys. Ryan and Mike, this was your original set up and we are having continuous failures. Needs to be permanently fixed - not "bandaided" can we do this? I dont care what it costs

@Ryan I believe he's talking about power automate. I inherited that mess from rahat. the limits we're hitting are beyond our control unfortunately. if you want to continue with the no code route then we're likely going to need to change from power automate to another platform, or use multiple power automate accounts.
as long as we're using a 3rd party app we'll always been at the mercy of the vendor
Nick and Nick have been working with MSFT support on the issues to zero resolution?
gmail is rate limiting us.. that's not something microsoft can fix
@Mike, can you you not give them an SMTP email account without rate limiting issues to send to PowerAutomate?
Or change to a NEW gmail account that does not use "data@shield-legal.com"?
pa's gmail connector is a direct connection to gmail. there's not anything I can do to work around that

I have said over and over that if Nick McFadden can get the LawRuler intake q's and a's into the datawarehouse every five minutes, then doing integrations at Signed e-Sign FINAL would be pretty easy from a stable, non-email source in the table

The problem sounds like Gmail Rate Limit, not a PowerAutomate issue @Mike, so what is the problem with PA?
Seems like getting a non-gmail account to receive the integrations email from LawRuler for all "new" integrations would be the fix that is NOT a band-aid, it's a solution. If LawRuler only lets us extract that data from an email automation, using an email parsing tool is not a band-aid, it's a girder beam
