Hey there, thanks for the notes on that lead pipeline I developed!

If we can, I believe it would be beneficial to you if I was able to present the context on it. From what I saw on the notes it looks like it may have been presented out of context and didn't include the powerpoint or any of the materials that were designed to go with it.

Hey there, I was just chatting with Ryan about the asks from our meeting.

Dashboard update:

• Current beta demo of the lead info dashboard includes lead counts, questions, answers, and allows the user to splice and export the data. • Beta demo: https://lookerstudio.google.com/reporting/e5f393da-4ffa-4f51-aa57-19531bddea7c • It's already made some big impacts allowing us to get DL Flatirons a 11.5 million cell report in a matter of hours instead of weeks. I'm looking forward to presenting on what we have so far, so we can decide next steps forward and determine priorities on this vs Ryans tasks.

Pipeline / Miro Project Updates:

• Ryan instructed me to put all miro/pipeline projects on hold and he would discuss that with you privately. • His reason for doing so, is so I can put all focus on rebuilding his databases, and 5nine. I'm happy to pick it up again if priorities have shifted.

When I say Miro/Pipeline, that flowchart of a lead lifecycle starting with leadspedia, and going through the company is what I am referring to.

During a meeting with Ryan on sprint priorities, I let him know I was working on that for you and he instructed me to stop working on the flowchart so I could put all of my priority on helping him with his finance tasks.

I gently pushed back and he let me know he would talk to you about it.

I'm happy to pick it back up if priorities have shifted! I kept my notes on it, and already met with Mark to get a better view of his role in Leadspedia for it.

Hey Cam,

I Just built a new feature I think you’ll find useful. You can now add custom “tags” to any campaign (like “TV,” “Flyer,” or anything else you want to track). Once added, that tag carries through all the new systems I’m designing for easy filtering and reporting. Here’s a 25 second video showing how it works. Let me know if you’d like to tag any campaigns and I’ll get it handled!

Hey there Cam. I apologize for all the issues with the Dashboard. I have been attempting to get clear communication with Ryan and things have been.. difficult.

I have a 100% working build outside of Looker Enterprise I have been asking Ryan to share with you until we get the Looker Enterprise setup working, but I'm not sure if he has passed that on.
