@deleted-U067A4KAB9U @deleted-U06VDQGHZLL @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA @deleted-U071ST51P18 note on the DL Flatirons benchmark report. We need reasons for law firm decline for every case that DL has rejected in every campaign by end of the week. This must be 100% compelted by friday.
Vernon you will need to
@Cameron Rentch I did that last week after our meeting on 6/4 or 6/5. It should be updated now. However, I will run through it again to confirm. Were there any files you saw after 6/6 that were not updated properly?
Please just check through every single case that has “Law Firm Declined” and make sure reason is listed for decline. Thank you @deleted-U067A4KAB9U
@Cameron Rentch good morning, sir. Quick question for you. In the Flat Irons Benchmark report there are cases that are in "Signed and Declined" status. However, when cross referenced with the DiCello report that shows all the cases that are both open and rejected, those names are not pulling up.
I just want to confirm that I am supposed to make sure that the claimants the law firm rejected have a reason. I guess I am confused because DL's report do have some cases that were rejected by QA, but some are not pulling up. Either way, I wanted to bring to your attention.
@deleted-U067A4KAB9U would like to understand more what you are referencing here. Can you swing by my desk. I would come to you but I'm like Tiny Tim over here with my 🩼😂
@here separate topic, but calling attention to the email I just sent about VSS performance management and commission/payroll. @deleted-U067A4KAB9U @Michael Brunet your input in Myjahnee's absence will be helpful. Thanks!
I just replied by email
"I am hearing that visibility into performance has not been made available to the agents for any pay periods since inception in March and payment hasn't been run/delivered each pay period."
Is this with respect to all VSS cases? Or just NJ/PA?
I believe the opposite is true (at least for all non NJ - PA cases, and maybe those as well?
Effectively, since the bonus program was first put in place, I believe only 2 VSS ever achieved bonus status in any pay period, one of whom no longer works for TIP.
The remaining VSS who achieved bonus and still works for us had some issues with receiving her bonus check, but I believe those issues have been corrected with payroll and she should be paid in full by next paycheck.
IF any of the above is correct, MJ or Henri - please weigh in.
These questions are best answered by MJ, but you are correct regarding the bonus numbers.
