GM, just saw the message from yesterday morning from Yan to tik tok. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't what he asked for exactly what we're trying to avoid? I'm not referring to reaching our legal, we're trying to avoid legal on their side as well and what we need to understand is how is that data used when brought in from another platform in this case meta, I believe, at this point we have more technical questions than legal.

We are not concerned about the data coming from meta to tik tok, we are needing to know how that data is used to match existing users, and what is done with non-matching data, and understanding how that data is solely systematically used and non-human access and usage, and lastly what happens with non-matching data (tick tock not using that data on their platform outside of our intended and agreed to use [which of course I'm not fully aware of])

Let me know your thoughts on this.....
