wanted to chime in about the flatiron report to cameron because damon doesnt pull the data really it was created by brittany and i usually update it daily based off what brittany instructed me to do. to answer your first question it is all time data and to the second question cameron told us that the firm wanted to see how many declines they had so we had to intentionally include those
I will complete a quick TIP to SL reconciliation and then you guys can let Cameron know why he miscounted.
He'll probably have you clean the report up to match dash, so Declines should be put into another tab.
hey @Ryan i got an email from hilliard law asking why they keep having issues with leads transferring to their sales advocate program. I was hoping to team up with you and luke to maybe look into this or would it be dwight? i want to be able to answer them in a timely fashion
That is a Dwight issue. They handle integrations.

Can you also tell us what this report is called on the screen? Maybe a screenshot? We'll get with Adam to learn how to get this data out of their database.

it helps if i know what the reports are being used for or what are they being used to show
Status = e-Sign FINAL so that we know they are fully retained, and columns are only email and phone of claimants on each case type, this is for building audience targeting models in Facebook and TikTok on our media end. 🙂

need help with how you come up with these numbers that you normally put on the vici report and how to get it on the connex outbound dialing report
We use the Vici call-type buckets and apply them to the count of "deals" from the TIP Dashboard to get the talk rev and minutes done.
That is what the Horizontal Outcomes Report does for us
