Esteban will be taking over the reconciliation of the Flatirons reporting on Mondays from Dennis. I will include him as well and Dennis if he would like to meet since it is still a transition for this week. I can make a google meet and you can invite anyone else on your end that you like

Tomorrow when the flatirons benchmark is updated, the data for the medical records in is the tab Sheet37. This will need to be put into columns AD-AG in the All Data tab before you send to Dave or none of the updates we did will be in the report. We will go through them again this coming Monday and add in any other new info since 1/6.
I'll make sure it is nicely prepared and you can take one quick glance at it prior and then we can give it to Nick and then Dave etc
Okay I did the vlookup based on the newest report that I received from the LR benchmark + from Sheet37 and I pasted in the values for Columns AD-AG which is for medical records dates for ordered AND received and the "Y" and "N" to them. Here is that report:
I shall also be updating the dashboard with this information right now

Monday's medical record data has been updated in LR fields via the import wizard. I will do so again this coming Monday (or maybe Tuesday) for the new updates
We will need it updated every Monday
It will be updated in the benchmark on Mondays. We are ready for that. But I may not get it into LR until Tuesday, depending on how the import wizard is behaving on Monday

Hi team, I am posting the Paraquat and Hair Relaxer matches for DeMayo. The file has four tabs: • Two tabs with matching clients (Hair Relaxer & Paraquat) • Two tabs with non-matching clients (Hair Relaxer & Paraquat) Clients listed under non-matching did not provide a Law Ruler ID#, only a case number. I'll follow up with Daniel to check Litify and/or I'll check against JP’s report for these litify case numbers. I'm also working on identifying secondary IDs and additional Law Ruler IDs we might include. Also we're still awaiting guidance from Nancy at Dicello on how she wants us to proceed further @Nicholas McFadden
Posting just in case we need this for our DeMayo meeting. Also I will post another one once I find the secondary matches as well (if any).

I guess you can say what details should I ask her that you think cam or Abe or only they would know the answer to so I can ask within the email thread. Otherwise if it is just blank law ruler id #s I think Daniel can help us find those in Litify @Nicholas McFadden
@Nicholas McFadden Update: Abe replied back saying he can help us find those clients if needed but tomorrow he can. I simply told him and Nancy if that's the case we will circle back this tomorrow and first try to find it our end through our Litify access and once we do that we can let them know and from there we would need to set up another meeting with Nancy to see how she wants to see the data. As in if we need to add in new rows or formulas etc to ensure it doesn't break the current code and gives them what they want to see
Tomorrow I am going to see if Ryan can say yes to our plan for those two new case types. I think we should still have that meeting as well to ensure it doesn't affect operations as well

we might have to create more than two if some were DL only and some DL /Crump
then Zeke might have to go through and manually shift things in the financials
I plan on getting together with Daniel today to find those missing ones and from there we can create those profiles and I'll reply back to Nancy & I think we may just need her opinion on how see wants to see the data on those two tabs and should be good to go?
Update: I reached out to daniel so we are planning on finding those "20" (more or less) clients that only has case numbers in Litify to see what data we are working with
@here On Friday, Abe requested a report for the soup cups with all fields. I had to take the ones from the first campaign with the missing questions and match them up with the separate campaign that has the questions and put the data together to get him all of the data. If he begins asking for this report regularly (or if others need this report), this is something that will become an issue. Can we discuss at some point if we can combine the data using the import wizard or API? I know that @Nicholas McFadden wanted these to be separated, so I wanted to check in with you about this.
Copy that. I can see how it can be an issue. I personally don't have a preference. If it is something that some coding can solve (such as matching certain fields) I can work with @Nicholas McFadden & team to see how we can do that. I am open to having a short little discussion / meeting if that helps
Just spoke with Brittany. Adding the other questions and their answers to Soup 1 was the process we wanted if they requested a backfill. Try the import wizard but if it is too much work with Dustin to push via LR API
We will have to regularly do the backfill with the import wizard since the agents are still working on collecting this information from the clients. I am thinking we can do a weekly transfer from the missing questions case type to the original to ensure our reporting on Soup 1 is accurate and has all of the relevant data we've collected for the clients
