@Cameron Rentch I wanted to reach out and give you an update on the Minecraft report you requested. We had a plan to go through the data based on what Aidan had already evaluated previously and then checking the clients signed after that point. We had 99 to review and we did so last night. We also found out last night that at one point the processing department was removing all mention of games that were not Roblox or Fortnite from the intake. This necessitates us going back through all ~2700 clients to check the activity log for any mention of Minecraft that may have been removed during processing. We have been working on this all day and have about 900 left to review.

@Cameron Rentch Regarding the emails about the Flatirons clients, I just sent those out. You should have received them to your cameron@shield-legal.com email inbox. The status updates we discussed during the meeting have all been completed.

Additionally, Aidan let me know that he will be able to have the Depo tables ready at some point tomorrow morning for your review. We can display all of the requested data, except if the claimant used the generic or brand name medication. This is information not currently being collected in the intake.

I will reach out to Anthony S and team to get the form updated to include this question so that we will have the data collected for new sign ups moving forward. For the current sign ups, we will not have this information. Time permitting, we can review the recordings for the current sign ups and see if that information was provided verbally during the intake interview.

@Cameron Rentch I am sorry to hear you are sick, and I hope you feel better soon! We will add the dates in as you described.

I had wanted to discuss some of the potential issues of presenting the data in this format and see if there was a better way to visualize the data that would better serve you/the firm. Some of the issues include: the likelihood that the clients had injections in the same month/year is low, so there will be a lot of dates with a count of 1 next to them, making the table unwieldy to read. Additionally, the majority of the signed clients have had more than 5 shots, so the Dates of injections will be inconsistent (some agents gather the first 5, some gather the most recent 5, some gather the 5 that the client can remember the most about, etc).

Hello @Cameron Rentch! I wanted to reach out to you regarding some changes at CaseWorks. They were recently acquired by another company, Angeion Group Mass Tort Services. They sent us an email about some changes to their medical records ordering process.

From the email, they will need to email or text the client an authentication website before they can order records for the client. There are two options for how the authentication can be sent to the client: CaseWorks sends it or the law firm sends it (us, Nations, or Levinson). They also mentioned that they can continue to request records for un-authenticated clients, but this will have an additional fee.

They suggest setting up a meeting to discuss the new process. The new process goes live after next week. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

The main things that we need to decide are:

  1. Do we want to continue records requests with the current process without the clients authenticating themselves (additional fee for this $150 for records found and $15 for no records found) OR do we want to move forward with their new process where the clients authenticate themselves before records can be requested (currently no change in price for this option)?
  2. If we decide to go with the new process where the clients authenticate themselves before the records can be requested, we need to decide if we would like to handle the authentication process ourselves OR have Case Works handle the authentication process (they can do this at no additional cost for email/text contact, OR we can opt in to a client experience with an additional cost and they will walk the client through how to authenticate and it includes other client out reach like check ins)

Yes of course. Note you can add PFAS for any of the other Litigating firms during the same time period. Again, incorporate into the same exact tabs (count AFFF and PFAS as the same as they are same MDL/Cases)

@Cameron Rentch I am coordinating with Nations to send out the declination letters for their clients. They want the letters to go out no later than Monday. They want me to put the letter on Levinson's letterhead with Levinson's signature. I do not have this. All I have is the text of the letter they would like us to send. Can you provide me with Levinson letterhead or a contact person at their firm so I can request it from them? I have not really interacted with anyone from Levinson before, so I am not sure who to contact.
