Hey team @channel hope you guys are doing great! As Yan mentioned, we had to close the old one due to non-shield admins and we want to take this opportunity and see if we can make the pre-approval flow more efficient and therefore we created a new sheet. The major change in the sheet will be that video URLs won't be inserted in 1 cell as you see on the attached image but each video per row and that there will be a feedback image section for when we receive images from the policy team.

Please go over it and see if this could work for you as well. In the end of the day we want to create a flow that works great for both sides and is time efficient, so please do share your feedback.

Hey @Yan Ashrapov @Dorshan I spoke with the team regarding the creator spots and why you cannot increase it from 0. As a premium account you are eligible to 100 slots, which is the maximum atm. As you can see in the screenshot below, you have a lot of videos that haven't been delivered which cause the slots to be taken. Once you will launch those videos, even $1 on each one of them, it will release the slot and will allow you to increase the numbers in other briefs.

Regarding the video games videos, this is first reply I got:

Not okay: Even though the word “child” isn’t used, the context — gaming platforms + grooming — makes it clear it refers to minors. Why? Because in common legal usage and public understanding, the term “grooming” refers to the process by which an adult builds trust with a minor to exploit or abuse them sexually. Also, grooming as a criminal offense involving a minor.

To comply: • Remove references to grooming, predators, or explicit behavior • Focus on corporate failure, online safety, or inadequate moderation • Use language like "unsafe experiences" or "failure to protect users" Alternative: “Popular gaming platforms are trusted by millions. But reports have surfaced of users experiencing inappropriate behavior or unsafe interactions while using these apps. When companies fail to protect their communities, legal action may be possible. If someone you know has had an unsafe experience on a major gaming platform, they may be eligible to seek compensation. Click below to speak with a legal team — free and confidential.”

I recomend to not use it brand names: Roblox/Discord. Avoid naming brands in this context got for this alternative: “Used a Popular Gaming or Chat Platform
