Would this be something they want updated on our intake forms? If so, what would be an example, like PNC SSN format etc

Lol don't stress it then, I'm working on getting PCTID into Retool and realized I could add "tags" to campaigns, so ryan/cam/tony/whoever can add all the unique weird tags to their hearts desire and still track it
I started because Ryan wants the Leadspedia Contract Ids on the campaigns and we need a way to add em, and it worked out

partner firms all together in one tab is cool too. yeah tags are super necessary
If Ryan or or Cam or tony or whoever ever wants to add a specific 'tag' to track a case all the way through, they can do so without ever having to add it to the case type name
and they can add as many tags as you want
yeah that is good for them to identify how to bill, especially like those OSOL ones

If an agent stays on task, and doesn't cheat or play the system, but they aren't necessarily the best or worst agent- do you expect that kind of person will reliably hit quota? or is it the kind of thing where unless you game the system, your job is always at risk?

That's kind of a loaded question. I think if agents want to make quota they would be calling the more profitable campaigns since those have the most points. If an agent goes after the low hanging fruit, less profitable leads, chances are they will be challenged to make quota
Like going after Depo cases since they're easier is going to get you 4 points towards quota compared to paraquat which will get you 10 points towards quota. So you're doing more than double the work just to be at the same level as someone else who's targeting more profitable campaigns while supplementing their commission with easier campaigns
That makes sense- I don't mean for it to be a loaded question, just trying to get a better idea for some reasons I'll explain later lol
Haha got it. So in a sense they do have to game the system but that's playing within the rules of the game to maximize profit for the company and for themselves.

Also, Do you have any way of filtering out tests, and things that were taken out of a billable status to see how that changes?? I am getting 63 and trying to figure out why

Figured out another part of it-
Ryan has verify set as a non-billable status which means leads temp drop out, but once they hit 'final' it brings em back in
So it would of been correct in time, but temp dropped out where it shouldn't have
Any idea what's going on with this lead??
Also for your system do u track military records?

On this dashboard you made, I see that you have a date selector, and that adjusts the "Finals" count, but what is is actually measuring? I imagine it's leads where the current status is 'final' but is it finding the leads to check, by the date the lead was created, or measuring a count of every unique lead that went to a final status on that day?
