Hey, I’ll have to call into the atty performance meeting today. Trying to hire a probate atty to handle my Mom’s estate who passed away last month. After I prepared the review, I came up with pretty detailed work lists for both Henri and Vernon, specific tasks and some more general ones related to CSPs and VSSs with recommendations, that I plan on using to track them pretty closely over the next few months. Hoping they will rise to the tasks, but will be prepared to address either way. Thanks, Tim.

Cam, We have made some progress with the Lexis public records database access, but they asked for add'l detail about how the business works, how we will use the database, types of searches we will run, etc. I'm working on something, but thought you might already have some materials that provide a detailed explanation about what and how TIP provides services to law firms (maybe some marketing materials) that we could use/modify for the Lexis approval process? Cam, I've got a call into Dan and Nick W. is going to do some calculations aimed at determining a ballpark for what we might owe under the contract with our interpretation, so let's wait for that and then we can discuss. This is the first that we've heard from a Connex attorney (after at least 3 months of raising this issue with our b'ness contacts there), so might make sense to pause everything and see if they will be reasonable.
