They did say only market for CMO-28. This freakin deal started before then and took forever. I spoke with Cade and he confirmed they would take it if we wanted to run it.

Going forward, I'll be extra cautious in all documents and thoroughly read everything over even if the source seems very trustworthy. We're all human and we can all make mistakes. There are a few things that went wrong in a few areas with this retainer and I'll address and work on ways to prevent them.

@Cameron Rentch @Andy Rogers I just crunched some numbers on Ozempic and went over Ryan's report again. I misread the signed contracts line. We can reopen Ozempic Walsh/Ghozland and take 36 more as the cap is higher. This is 100% my error as even though i was double checking numbers, i went too fast and misread a line, and thought 0 contracts were left. I'm going to venture into Andy's office for some quiet/less distractions/etc and that should help.
One thing i've said before is when i make a mistake i 100% admit it, learn from it, ask from help as needed, and do what i can to not make that mistake again. I know what i need to do to not make this mistake again. i will never hide a mistake i make. I'll post in the callcenter chat that we have the space to re-open this ozempic campaign.

I sent the invoice last week and it's been radio silence unless Andy gets something today. Normally they send some acknowledgement or sign the invoice but they've done neither. We're watching this one closely.

We've still got a past due balance of $175,000 for Birth Injury - Crump/Levin & Perconti. I've dug around in various places and I believe Debbie didn't send an updated invoice correctly. Should I pursue this amount or did it get covered by Ben Crump? We did receive a payment from Ben Crump for this campaign in the amt of $250k.

You should be able to request a delay, then get a medical note that you have sever anxiety of the judicial system etc. They provide permanent medical excuse.

hi @Cameron Rentch, i'm looking at a few slow movers Andy asked about.
- Bowersox NH and Bowersox NJ are on but leads are really slow going in. We've only had 22 leads for NH and 17 leads for NJ since late October. Should I tell mark to focus on those when doing the manuals for them?
- Ghozland NH is paused but i couldn't find any notes in slack as to why. We got 130ish leads for that one before it was paused. My guess is that NH is just slow? These leads might be a bust so it might be good to turn it back on as well.
- Ghozland PA - i messaged about this one a couple of times because Leadspedia was off. that might have gotten missed. Can we get it turned on? Happy to tell Mark if you're not able to right now.

Disqualify if: ● PNC is already represented ● Abuse was not sexual/had no skin-on-skin contact ● Born prior to 1970 ● Abuse did not occur in the state of Illinois (IL) ● PNC was aware they could sue prior to now. ● PNC was aware that their abuser was a serial abuser. ● Abuse was by a schoolteacher or employee, not a member of the Clergy.

The retainer has a section for "name of facility where abuse occurred" but that's not a criteria requirement. The firm said if they don't know the name of the facility, that's not as strong but they'll take it. If the PNC doesn't know the location, should they leave blank? Or should we update the criteria to "must know name of abuse location" or something like that?

Yesterday I worked with Anthony to help figure out a lot of the MI Pollution stuff. Alicia and the PD team went through all the ones in property that seemed to have qualifying illnesses/injuries. We're going to have an adjusted number for the firms. I think we should have them review the ones already under injury to see if they are correct as well. SOL and DOD was an issue i kept seeing yesterday
definitely a team effort. Anthony and Alicia were a huge help. I'll let Alicia know that we should audit the ones under Injury just to be safe.

HI! I just got out of a meeting with Meadow, SGGH, VSS, integrations and Sobo's team. It was regarding the new MI Abuse campaigns. We might have some billing/tracking confusion.
- Jon said that Meadow just wants the intake sent to them 1 time. Like normal. Nothing different.
- SGGH wants us to send it for however the PNC was abused. So if someone was abused in JDC, YRTC, AND Foster, they want that intake sent 3 times. One time for each instance. My initial reaction is we'd just deduct each one from the budgets for whatever the get applied to. But what would be the correct way to bill in this instance?
Sobo is also concerned about the agents. Dustin is trying to figure out exactly how we'd do the API. Feel free to ask me any questions.

buenos dias @Cameron Rentch @Andy Rogers I just wanted to revisit the Michigan Abuse - Meadow/SGGH campaign as we just received the retainers.
Cam, Anthony is in a holding patter until we get a little clarity of the best way to fulfill the needs on SGGH's end. Meadow is easy; they just want it handled like normal. SGGH wants it duplicated where needed (if they're abused in Foster AND Juv, they'd get transmitted under each bucket separately.)
I have water in my house now so i'm mentally with it. 😅 feel free to call me with questions about the SGGH side.

The last updated criteria I've found on our end is when Cam sent the info to Sobo and team on May 7th. Cam, is that the same criteria and they just put it in a contract or are there changes?

Criteria for the Kansas cases
• Minor at time of abuse • Abused at a Kansas JDC or YRTC that is included on the approved facilities list • Sexual Abuse: • Groping (skin to skin) • Masturbation • Oral Copulation • Penetration • Forcing two minors to perform sexual acts on each other, etc. (not primary target, accept, but do not market for these cases) • PNC was inmate/patient/resident of approved facility • PNC was sexually abused by staff member, or another inmate or resident at the facility (ideally some type of notice)
• Current Age: • Under 18 years old, parent/guardian must sign • 18-30.5 years of age , sign on standard retainer • 30.5 years of age to 31 years of age, need law firm(s) to review and decide, in case SOL is approaching

Good morning @Andy Rogers and @Cameron Rentch. Alex sent a message yesterday regarding SGGH Declining MI Abuse cases. Here's what she sent: "something to be aware of -- SGGH is declining cases quite quickly and we are completing secondaries PRIOR to them issuing declines... i am going through and 2 so far."
I've been copied on several of the release letters they've sent and I did a quick audit to see if these are mostly OSOL. Of the 5 that have gone to secondary interviews, 4 are for MI JDC OSOL.
The firm states prior representation for 3 of those 4 but I can't find records for them in LawRuler.
@Andy Rogers it might be good to reach out to Parker about secondary interviews for OSOL. Perhaps we shouldn't do those or delay doing them until the firm approves?

@Cameron Rentch To add to the AWD Chowchilla campaign - I think we should unpause leadspedia. I checked lawruler and the leads we had have been worked. Several are DNCs, can't contact, or DQ. I think if we get more leads for the team to work, we can fill those 30 left pretty quickly.

Yeah based on their budget we still have about 319k left. It's not going very fast, pacing 1.5 a day for the past week.
Hair Relaxer has $303k left but it will probably be done next week. We're pacing at 9 per day right now.
