Hi just making sure this is fine... am I okay sending a blank Chowchilla template to pride to confirm this is okay for the secondary for Dublin (it doesn't use Chowchilla verbiage) I wrote it, so it isn't firm specific.

Backpage CSAM concern -- "Do not accept any photos/SS's for safety concerns. if an applicant has documentation applicable for the remission fund do not have them send it. the DOJ does not want to house photos or files either. Have the client send in the documents to national center for missing and exploited children, Once submitted a receipt number will be returned and can be inputted on the DOJ portal as collateral."

@deleted-U06F9N9PB2A also, @Andy Rogers and I had a conversation with Jessica Pride just now. She is discovering that many of the signed claimants have actve sex trafficking cases. If they DO, she is likely not going to take the cases, so we need to at least add this questions to secdondary and provide in the interview for her. I am adding this to the criteria moving forward so on new intakes if the claimants have ACTIVE sex trafficking cases with another lawyer we will DQ moving forward.
