@Tony, confirming that ACTS Birth Injury that are only qualified (e.g. Case Review Transfers) and not signed e-sign do not count in the EOM Director Commission pool numbers? Please confirm ASAP.

@Ryan the only Shield-TIP ACTS campaign is Birth Injury. These would count toward director commission.

Everything else is a TIP only deal and would not is my understanding. @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW please confirm

We should not have ANY birth injury in case review status?

We do not

@Tony, who do you bill for ACTS non-Birth Injury LSA Case Types?

Tony (tony@shield-legal.com)

ACTS Birth Injury is a Shield Legal lead generate campaign and counts for Director Commission. The ACTS non-birth injury inbound campaigns are billed as TIP deals since ACTS is generating and sending us the leads.

We send the invoice to Danny and Irene at ACTS. Debbie sends that out.

Thanks Tony. The LawRuler Case Type naming convention is wrong for the non-BI ones, should be changed since Shield is not billed, I will get with Anthony, Damon and Brittany and explain the Case Type Naming Convention again and get it fixed. For example:

FYI @Debbie @Brian Thiessen

Auto Accidents LSA - ACTS - ACTS - Shield Legal should be Auto Accidents - ACTS - LSA - ACTS
