@Darrell Hey Darrell, I'm Alicia. We have not officially met but I am in charge of the in-house Medical Records department for DiCello. We have noticed some issues with how the NEC cases are posted to Liftify. @deleted-U06K9EUEPLY has a better explanation of what we are seeing. We spoke to the nurse practitioner Malissa at DiCello about some of the issues. And she said she is meeting with Abe to discuss. But I wanted to see if I could possibly connect you with Jasmine and see if we can get ahead of it or if we can help in any way?

I got a message from Abe this morning. Are you talking about the twins not having two matters?

If so, I’m working on that now

Yes, it was about the twins or multiple children for the same parent. And Also something about not linking the contact with the matter for the NEC cases. @deleted-U06K9EUEPLY can you elaborate on this please

Ah yeah, ok. There is some backfill that is taking place today and over the weekend. These tables were missed because of the API. The medical facilities are being validated as well on all of the NEC.

I did get the message about the twins as well, and that will be corrected

So, the linking issue is the same thing that Tony from DiCello IT CC's you on an email with this morning. We are getting a NetDocs error message on a high amount of files with not being able to access their documents due to this. We are also noticing a lot of providers that are just facility name - no address, phone, fax, etc.

Yeah, those are two separate issues. The documents will be piped over and we are tracking that project with Abe and the Datavative team. The medical providers addresses were being added as of the end of January. There are going to be some with missing data. That required a questionnaire change after we were already live.

But again they are all being audited right now on the NEC cases so as of Monday, it will look different.

Yes, we saw that the intake forms now include the provider's contact information, and do understand that the intakes done before the change happened will not include that information. But I think what Jasmine is referring to. When they are building HIPPAs in Litify and attaching a provider, they find Providers that have already been entered into Litify but the providers are missing the contact information. This is not only on the NEC cases but all cases they are working on when it comes to selecting providers that are in Lifify. They then have to build a new provider enter the contact information and create duplicates in Litify for the same provider. I'm sorry it's a bit confusing, And I am confused why it shows that you have entered these providers, Not sure if this is an automation issue or what. But if this does not make sense Jasmine can explain in person.

No, you’re absolutely right. There were a ton of duplicate accounts with the record type business and labeled provider that were just a name. This was brought up as well back in January. The decision was made to move forward and clean up the duplicates towards the end. I think the goal is to merge these providers.

I think these might’ve been loaded in from another database into Lidewij, but I can’t say for sure.

Oh ok, yes they were probably just moved over from Needles. But awesome sounds like you are on top of everything. If there is anything we can help with please let us know. And thank you so much for the quick response. I just found out that you were in the office and I could reach out to you directly.

Yes, thank you for reaching out. I’m happy to meet with you all next week and review this. And you can always message me here. But I think it makes sense to wait at least until Monday after this audit and then we can correct anything still outstanding.
