Hi team @here I just finished today’s reconciliation and wanted to share a few thoughts. It looks like clients are being sent to DL promptly — for example, some signed up on 7/22/2025 and are already appearing in the system by 7/23/2025. However, many of these entries are missing Law Ruler IDs. I’m not sure if DL and/or their contractors changed the field the integration maps to, or if the integration team is referencing an outdated field. Whatever the case may be, the clients are getting through — just without our unique identifier, which makes auditing and matching much more difficult. As of today, 727 entries in JP’s daily medical record report are missing Law Ruler IDs. Yesterday, that number was 670, meaning 57 more clients were sent over without IDs. This forces us to match each row manually — and if this number keeps growing daily, it’ll quickly become unsustainable as we scale. I think we should bring this up tomorrow with DL and the integration team to identify the root cause and prevent it from continuing. We’ll also need to backfill the missing IDs. From what I’m hearing, if DL doesn’t have a client in their system, their contractor wants us to backfill it by resending the client through our automation (API). But for the 727 clients that are already in their system, we should clarify whether DL plans to update the Law Ruler IDs or if that will fall on us. Let me know your thoughts — happy to help lead or support the discussion.

Also there are some clients that are not in their report that I saw comparing it from yesterday's sign ups, my guess for those is that integration team is still working on setting those campaigns up. (Just to provide more clarity of the overall reconciliation situation).
