Good morning, @deleted-U06VDQGHZLL!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to discuss my current role and contributions in anticipation of the upcoming performance evaluation period as we discussed the other day with the others.

Attached are a few documents that I believe will be helpful in reviewing my performance:

  1. Edwards Current Roles: This Microsoft Word document outlines my current responsibilities and highlights significant scripts and coding projects I've successfully implemented at the very bottom of the document. This document doesn't include all the projects/scripts I created but rather some of them. The document also details my role evolution, showing how I've adapted and expanded my skills to meet our team's needs.
  2. The Data Analyst: A PDF file from when Nick McFadden was first assembling his team. It outlines the role of a Data Analyst at Shield Legal. Upon reviewing the role specifications, I've noted that I am actively performing nearly all the functions listed, covering all but one or maybe two tasks which are currently not required in the Data Analyst role at this very moment. This demonstrates my strong alignment with the role’s expectations and emphasizes my substantial contributions to my team.
  3. Original Account Services Position: This PDF includes the original job posting I applied for, along with the responsibilities that were outlined. It serves as a benchmark to show how my role has grown and how I've embraced additional responsibilities beyond those initially described. These documents collectively represent the scope of my contributions and the evolution of my role within the team. Should you have any questions or require further information or references to support my evaluation, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am more than willing to provide whatever is necessary to assist in this process. Thank you once again for your help ! πŸ™‚

Good morning πŸ™‚ ...just sent this same message to Aidan, but...

Thanks for the follow-up and sharing of these docs. I'm glad we got to chat about this, it can only lead to more clarity on process and follow-through by your management team. I'll send an email in a few minutes to all parties, but essentially, I did follow up with HR and Brittany separately, but the main point is that Shellie is available for you, Brittany and Alan to guide you. We need to make sure the 4 of you are on the same page with the process, then the content/actions flow (assuming it is time for the review).

If I can still be candid, I think you should chat with Shellie about your concerns with Alan and his involvement with your review if you don't think he is in the mix enough to offer valuable insight.

Thank you Nick & yes that does makes sense. I do appreciate your assistance on this topic for the team and I. I will continue to reach out to Brittany and Alan about this topic and if there isn't any movement after all of this, I shall try your approach by reaching out to Shellie directly, but I have a feeling with your support and influence, that should get the ball rolling for all of us in our department. So once again, thank you for your help and I have a better idea on what to do moving forward πŸ™Œ:skintone2:

I think we can summarize it all in 15-30 minutes tbh or at least my part of it since I do want to go back to focusing on the coding part
