@Nick Ward we need a IVR system for this specific campaign for inbound calls. Once set up please send me the script, so the firm can review.

We are soon to mail to Dallas Texas residents, approximately 55,000 pieces being sent. Sample front and back attached for reference. (Note the landing page is being updated)

I called the number and it auto-disconnects immediately after the greeting gets played. I can get to work on the IVR for this shortly.

Thanks @Cameron Rentch. The number we had pinned for Storm Damage routing is . It is currently set up to route to the call floor, I tested and it is working. If you want specific recordings for this campaign, we can do that too.

@Nick Ward ok try now, should be working. We need an IVR on this line, to operate as follows:

  1. ring to inbound team trained for Storm damage claims.
  2. if no one is available needs to route to IVR with custom Storm Law Partners LLC announcement, telling people thank you for calling Storm Law Partners LLC intake line. Please hold while we connect your call.
  3. After regular busioness hours, it needs to be sent to a voicemail box that will be retrieved in the mornings first thing
  4. Make sure there is a "all calls are recorded for quality assurance etc" message
