@Ryan I sent this to you in email, but I wanted to make sure you see it. Case Type Name Generator. I made 2 sheets, one for each of your proposed case type names. It will fill the case type in column F if every field A:E is filled out. The dropdowns are controlled on the "Reference" sheet in their respective columns. Let me know if you need anything else with this.
