@Ahsan anything happen over the weekend? becker gets "back" tuesday from being on vacation and ashley is "back" tomorrow morning from vacation so just want to be on it update wise. as you know we meet tuesdays for VGA. based on months past they spend time on tuesdays looking at potential issues it would be great to plan on tuesday's specifically to gather our thoughts PRIOR to the meeting if at all possible. glancing at the email becker sent to have updates on the key points outlined. :)

As for the Gaming Addiction - Ben Crump Law - Meadow Law - Shield Legal case almost all the fields work except the for the guardian field. That field was not in the initial mapping when these field mappings were sent to Crump so likely they do not exist in their system. The rest of the fields work as the first SS shows. This is a production lead, lr = 678169 SA = 2500108.

Channels should only be made for firms where we have had integration or campaign issues imo. The only other firm that comes to mind is wagstaff and re have one on that in the TIP workspace.

That’s fair. I think those best practices though of consistent communication for ea stage of the lifecycle though makes sense for large big volume campaigns. Like a rep from ea department to ensure if changes are made we are on top of it effecting the campaign. Ex - changing the parsing for integrations on signer effecting the mail merge welcome letter on retainer. If integrations changes something Ahsan communicates that w. Anthony/sunnie/christian vice versa. Meadow likes the system we implemented for incoming vga cases where PD tiers then as part of their process and throws tier ones in a channel in real time so I see them. If meadow changes tiering I would take ownership of communicating that with Alicia for smoothness. Ideally it would just be internally auditing for quality control to quash fires based on what we learned

The formatting exhibits inconsistencies with edge case names due to the constraints of the law ruler when integrating data fields into PDF objects. The variability in character length of names contributes to the spacing format issues observed in the retainer. A similar character length variance is present within addresses, resulting in the formatting challenges we are experiencing. Currently with certain length objects, name, address etc, law ruler does an auto size to get the full data field to fit.

I would say though, secondary interviews have not been piped over yet so you could change the status to a QA or something and then flip it to secondary completed to refire it. Just give meadow a heads up they are getting a dup email. Once we have secondaries integrated we will have the ability to update with no issues.
