@Ryan I have the report pulled. I tried to put the relevant fields together to make it easier to see if there is data in at least one of them. Because of how we have managed the form 95 project in LawRuler, clients who have existing intakes have been imported as duplicates into various form 95-specific case types. For some of these clients, it may be difficult to tell based on name/contact info if they are unique clients or different clients with the same representative. Let me know how I can help with going through the data.

@Ryan Do you need me and my team to stay late to finish getting all the Broughton info done tonight or can we finish it up in the morning if there is any left over? For some of it, I am waiting on LawRuler to generate reports of clients we imported today (I have been waiting about 40 min for my reports at this point). For the rest, I have 5 people (including myself) going through the multiple family sign ups to track down appropriate data for each client which we are about half way through.

@Ryan if this isn’t absolutely mission critical to get done tonight, I am going to send them home at 5:30. I know you are working on the TIP side reports, so if the Broughton can get wrapped up in the AM, that would be great.

But I have 6565 in TIP dash for ALL SL source plus 17 for BLX Organic, that together equals exactly what we have in Cancer Report we got from LawRuler. That is 6583 combined SL and BLX.

@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG, tomorrow first thing let me know if the DOJ report we sent to Mark for SL only was missing the BLX 17? And did we call these 17 for 95 forms? If not, we need to.

Everything should match and be updated with the following exceptions. -CA Juv Hall ACTS: +1 in Report that was signed over the weekend and is not in dash -CPAP: The dash is off by +2. There are +3 in the Dash that are WIPS and Flags that we do not account for in our report. Our report has +1 what was signed over the weekend that is not in the Dash -Paraquat: As already pointed out by @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG above, there are +4 “Declined by Firm” in the dash that are not in the report. These are reflected in our report in the “Declined by Firm” cell.</p>

Had a good talk with Brett, he was fully in agreement with labeling them ways that we know are billable, so we don’t screw up Cameron‘s numbers, and he was fully aligned and said we’re way overdue on doing this. So look forward to reviewing stuff on Monday
