Good Afternoon everyone,
There are two fields in the customer intake questions that we do not have in our Law Ruler Campaign forms.
For Birth Injury - ACTS - ACTS - Shield Legal, we need the following two fields added to the LR Campaign form:
What is the date of death? Caller's SSN:
*Thread Reply:* @Dwight Thomas ACTS previously stated that they didn't want us to ask for the SSN. How did they communicate this change today?
*Thread Reply:* This was listed in the API Document questions...
*Thread Reply:* ...they may have requested that field be ignored afterwards.
*Thread Reply:* yeah I know we've been told not to ask for the SSN on their other campaigns, we can follow up with them to see if they need it here. but i can add the date of death
That's a good takeaway for us in general with ACTS. A statement of not asking a specific question on any campaign is a statement that is likely made without enough foresight into new approaches on other campaigns. Thanks for bringing it up @Dwight Thomas
Separate note as we are chatting with Wagstaff about the questionnaires... @Dwight Thomas were you able to add the OBO automation to apply the customer name into fields when no Rep Name was in play?
@here good morning everyone. This weekend I received an updated Paraquat intake form from AWD/Wagstaff. It came out to 218 questions, Law Ruler has a maximum capacity of 200 when it comes to mapping custom IDs to esign documents. I'm not sure if need they intake form signed, but with the limitations from Law Ruler, it's not possible for me to map everything they want and have it signed. If I split it between living and deceased clients, I can eliminate enough questions for a living PNC, but a deceased PNC still exceeds the threshold.
We should talk to Wagstaff and see if there is a logical split point in the form and have a part 1 and part 2. More of a process for the agents when filling but coukd get it to run? Any major issues with having agents fill out 2 forms?
Do we have any meetings lined up with them today? PD said they would help out with getting some of these docs signed. I might be able to squeeze in 200 for a deceased party if we eliminate spouse info and the 11 fax machine numbers
No but I can reach out
That would be great. Just a heads up too, they changed the format of many of the current questions we had and obviously added a lot of others. I'm not sure how this is going to effect you guys on the backend
Thatβs why Iβm wondering can we split them in half not deceased vs alive
We do have to split it between deceased and alive anyway, they have an affidavit for deceased and a different one for living
talking with Tony that some of these questions are probably better for Secondary Interviews and not Intake. If we can get them to split them accordingly that will fix everything
can you forward the question list to Tony, Nick Ward, and Myself?
we are going to go through the questions and determine what we believe to be for intake vs not
@here good afternoon gentlemen. I was troubleshooting an issue with the fb/tt postbacks, and it turns out that none of the fb form zapier integrations have the lead id in the lp_s5 fields. can you guys pretty please remember to include that going forward. I need to get it added to existing zaps asap, so I'm going to go through zapier and start adding it. if anyone had some extra bandwidth and wanted to help I wouldn't turn it down lol
*Thread Reply:* I have some bandwidth to double back on the old zaps. QQ about lead id though, for FB which is the correct id for lp_s5 field, ID, Ad id, Campaign Id, Form id, Adset id, or page id?
*Thread Reply:* thanks @Ahsan! I believe it is the id field
relatively new I guess.. we started doing it about a month ago(ish)
now lp_s5 is the lead id from whatever platform (fb, tt, etc)
OK. That's new to me, but I will from now on.
no worries. probably because you guys have mostly been doing tt form integrations lately
Likewise will include it going forward
@here good morning gentlemen. do you guys mind if I create a new folder in zapier for tt forms, and then move the tt zaps there from the fb forms folder? or would you guys prefer to do that yourself?
Hey @Mike I think that would be just fine, but I defer to @Dwight Thomas to see if there is any reason to the contrary...
