Otherwise, PNC is qualified because PNC was exposed to PFAS in army in 1986 and was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer in 2012, Prostate cancer in 2018, and Lung Cancer 2023 and is willing to undergo a blood test to establish exposure to PFAS. LV agent 11 put the dates but not in the format PD is wanting.
