Are you talking about the tab that Brittany trained them on yesterday re the ID verification?
I am referring to the tab in Law Ruler that we built to track all of the benchmarks.
Also, is there a plan in place to get the CSPs trained on all the steps necessary to complete each benchmark. ie Dentity, Med records, etc. I realize we are still assembling all the necessary procedures and protocols, but just want to know that this is on your radar.
I will have them back fill the tab. There were several meetings that we (management) had since the training, and I did not convey that to them, but I will.
Regarding dentity, I tild the CSPs to contact all the clients, both the ones with completed interviews and the scheduled interviews to inform them that they will be receiving text messages and emails to verify their identity. I told the CSPs about ordering medical records, and we plan on training them, but we dont have much information or documentation to move forward on that substantively yet.
I had the CSPs send me all the clients they notified re the ID verification, and I have been sending out the links.

yes, sir. Their calendars synced to Calendly, so all the scheduled appointments popped up. We (You and I Damon) said we were going to make sure calendly scheduled around their bookings
I have been sending out the denity links and they are starting to come back. Its odd that I cannot see who I sent the link to, but five or six came back verified. I wonder if there is a way to see when a client opens the link, if if they have not completed the process.

All it shows is verified. I probably sent out 30/40 links and it doesn't show who I sent links to, or whether they opened or viewed the link. It only shows who completed the process.

I believe they are doing well. They can only complete the first 10 questions, excluding #5 (ID upload). They cannot do 11-19 as of yet. Some things we do not have info on, or the needed info to complete

Speaking of Dentity, we are going to have to work out a short term solution to transferring the customer information to the firms until I can work with @Mike and the integration team to set up an API. As you saw in the email I included you all on, we have several options.
