@Carter Matzinger @deleted-U06VDQGHZLL How is AWKO going to share the Med Rec requests needed? Yesterday there was a reference to Request Sheet that we could update when requests are completed. Has this sheet been created or is it in process?
Yes lets figure that out, I am assuming it will be once the secondary is cone
We usually do it at the same time as the secondary since the tracks are parallel and rarely cross. I know there are intake issues that need to be resolved, but we are ready to order when a sheet is provided.
The issue is that we have to get 50 contracts re-signed before we can have the full list ready for secondaries to be done (and medical records). We have the working list for the 50 contracts and they are almost through the first pass of dialing. You can follow along here @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA. This is the sheet I showed you earlier.
thanks for the sheet nick
To be clear though, this sheet isn't the worksheet for MRT. Once we get through the 50 and corral new contracts, then we can run a new LR report to catch all of the Intake Finals and secondary Referral Accepted leads.
inbound is up to speed on the AWKO contract updates and when we get the new contract signed, they are conducting the secondaries.
@deleted-U06VDQGHZLL @Carter MatzingerI need clarification on the process for Medical Records requests for AWKO. Our team has completed Retrev training and has active logins and accounts. However, we are still awaiting the retrieval parameters and SOP guide from AWKO before we can proceed. Since the Intake lead statuses are still in transition, we plan to begin using the Secondary completions in the interim. Can someone reach out to AWKO to obtain the retrieval parameters so we can initiate the process.
I have a call into Sara for clarification but my assumption will be that we will go ahead with it once it's out of secondary. I will confirm today
@Carter Matzinger We need the AWKO client number for all NEC Plaintiffs to order medical records via Retrev. Please have them email those to me directly ASAP.
ok got it let me ask for those
