@Cameron Rentch Hillary Nappi is asking for an update on the NYC Sex Abuse campaign. It's slow. We haven't had any signups and leads are either getting disqualified or they haven't returned calls. Just looking for your thoughts.

hey @Cameron Rentch and @Andy Rogers we're getting pushback from ACTS on the retainer for Wildfires. Here's what their intake contact sent me: "Considering there is no fire in Lancaster and we had the Altadena fire, I am assuming the correct address for this matter is the Altadena address listed below on 427 Parkman St., but this needs to be confirmed during intake. There are two addresses in the intake questions below. This needs to be clarified before the retainer is sent out and the retainer needs to state the loss location address and date of incident or loss in the very least otherwise we will not be able to locate what loss the retainer is for. Keep in mind that we have clients with different properties and a single client may have multiple SA with different property damages. We have to at least locate where the loss occurred."
I just want to note that on our intake we specify "Damaged Property Address." Perhaps we add a "Damaged Property Address(es)" section on the retainer?
And i did clarify with her that Damaged Property Address was the address for the damaged property.
UPDATE: That response seems to have been acceptable for the intake but she's requesting affected address(es) and date(s) of loss/incident on the retainer. I'm on it.

It might be best to make it where one of us would be responsible for getting retainers, hipaas, intakes, etc. etc. For example, Andy let's say you close a new campaign with Meadow. You'd give us a heads up and we'd reach out to Jon or Kyle to get everything needed. That could make it way easier to make sure we get everything at the same time and get started faster.

not relevant, we can use filters by facility in leadpedia contracts to route accrdongly. Make sure you know which are YRTC abnd which are JDC. @Mark Maniora you should be able to create filter "name of facility" "equals" then add facilities separated by commas.
also add filter on all Are you currently under the age of 31?** (must equal "Yes")

The first part of a contract name has to match the vertical exactly and it if doesn't, then contracts have the same exact name for the new Kansas Campaigns. See screenshot:
If I change the name of the contract, it won't show up in the reporting.

I just wanted to give a heads up. I just heard from Jon Becker that they are ready to start Michigan Clergy Abuse as part of their MI SA campaigns. He said that Ghozland and Adair are good to go with Clergy as well and that the same retainers can be used.
It's been a while since MI Clergy has come up so I didn't want anyone to be surprised
