@Marc Barmazel I talked with Ryan this am, and he put together this updated "cheat sheet" for all Shield calculations. Also, he updated the "gross profit" in dash to our original calculations we have always used of "media spend+agency fee+call center cost". The "net profit" will factor in the COGS + overhead.
