@here, these were all removed from SL and TIP dash this morning. @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW, who can I have manage the update of the TIP dashboard each morning on the TIP team? Aidan Celeste is doing the morning routine now for referral leads and call center costs. If you are good with him and talk to Brittany, this will add about 15 minutes to his normal routine on weekdays.

@Ryan @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW we need to remove all signed contracts that are "symptom only" that I have highlighted on the sheet for Crump/Napoli Depo Provera. Tony they are rejecting all of these. @Ryan let me know when these are removed and the dash is updated. I will then have to go back in and do a mass adjustment to costs of remaining signed contracts.

@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW @Ryan looking at MI pollution - call costs are INSANE. yesterday we had 41 leads and Ryan has call costs at 9400.00, which just make zero sense. These intakes are super easy, very similar to intuits and wood pellets. I need to understand why these costs are so high as they do not seem accurate at all.

@Cameron Rentch @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW, so for January 2025 we had 1482 leads, 734 sign ups that cost $340K combined for Mich Poll. That is $230 per worked lead. Looking at February to date, we are at $31 cost per worked lead (sold lead) so I updated February 2025 with the $31. $9400 is now $1283.
