Hey guys, I got a couple people asking me about the job description for Edward. They need to get him an answer by 12/1. Yes, I had originally said I was going to create them but that was pre-org change and the more defined split between SL and TIP. I can still write it if you would like but my stance is that I do not want to dictate what his roles and responsibilities are now that things have changed. I was out when those meetings happened and I do not know the true specifics of your plans for that team or what ultimately he will/wont be working on. I feel as though it would be better for the two of you and Tony to make that call. Let me know what your thoughts are and/or we can discuss more on Monday.

This has been addressed by HR, Britany, Tony and I as recently as Wednesday. There is no need for more folks involved. Simply to see things be completed.

Think they are wanting to know the plan and just ensure that they get something before 12/1 to review. Not trying to be difficult or anything so I can write them if you want or if it would help you out. Otherwise would you like me to tell them that you guys will discuss Monday when you're back in and let them know?

Because the JDs weren’t done weeks ago when they were supposed to be. Brittany has now written new ones that are pending approval

Apologies for the delayed response. Back to back meetings all day.

At this point in time, I haven't had anything to do with the job description, for the team- the most up to date knowledge I have is I am functioning as a team lead, but I am not a direct report or supervisor so I wouldn't be the one to officially define job description.

That being said, if there's going to be a meeting to officially define job descriptions, I'm happy to be a part of it since I have a vision/plan for the teams operations for the next few months
