I did not select a storage class so it went with the default of standard, we can change it at any time. The attached image is in $/month for 100GB of storage (we are currently using ~7GB for five9 recordings

It is possible and would not take long to code but I would not be able to use concurrency to download the files from LR. Which means that it would be a minimum 1 second per file per lead. Even if I only do signed leads that would still be 90k seconds or 25.12 hours at a minimum, if I check all leads for files then it would be ~8 days runtime.

If I can look at the leads, I would guess that we are using the appropriate email address for the retainer, then the agents are changing the address to a placeholder like this because the customer doesn't want to be contacted by email. This will need validation though.

DL recently gets mad when we add questions, they will have to generate a questionid in each campaign that the question is added to. RC has no call records before July 2024. 31k recordings to download from RC and upload to GCS (Google Cloud Storage). The recordings will take around 48 hours of processing

Email logs for Backpage and CityXGuide Sex Trafficking Victims - ACTS - ACTS - Shield Legal between 4 PM & 5:45 PM. I have also disabled the re-trigger automation that we used.
